  1. The Sharks are The Leafs of the West. They get their fans's hopes up only to choke. Disappointment comes with those two teams hand and hand. Sharks fans, this is a safe place, its okay to cry. Sincerly a Leafs fan and a Sharks fan who loves his Western Conference team and his western conference brethren.

  2. Love the Sharks, hoping for much better years to come!

Personally hoping Shakir Mukhamadullin ends up as a Sharks great just to see you fit that name on the board next time 🦈

  3. Irbe was the goalie whose name got chanted at the Shark Tank in their first season there, including that surprise playoff run. I think he was more remembered because he was the first 'star' in the eyes of fans.

Liked Melker because he was a good forechecker until his body gave out. Missing include Igor Larianov who was the key to the first playoff runs. Douglas Murray because no one hit harder. Dan Boyle, good player, fiery on the ice, outspoken off it. Only one season of John Scott, but he did make an impression. Scott Hannan would have been a worthy mention, too. And of course, Jonathan Cheechoo.
