  1. Just win is what we needed and what we did. Wasn’t pretty, but all we need to do is stack wins. Shout out Shelby Miller he was huge today.

  2. What a shame we lost that game and the division lead and are the worst team in the MLB and shouldn’t even show up to the playoffs. Oh wait.

  3. Remember, the point of building a 6 run lead isn’t to win by 6, it’s so that you can be outscored by 5 runs the rest of the way and still win

  4. I love baseball.

To the people here who joined after 26-4: you’re gonna have a lot of games like that over the course of a full season. Gotta learn to love them

  5. I really just think the bullpen needs a couple days. Guys are worn down and our starters rarely go deep enough to save the pen

  6. It shouldn’t have gotten this close but it’s good to show we don’t crack late season.

  7. Easton McGee with all due respect I did not want to have to watch you pitch tonight

  8. DBacks had no right coming back in this one, and then the Crew had no right winning this one. Wild game. Glad they got the win and I don’t give the smallest shit how they do it.

Could REALLY use a nice 7-inning outing from our Priest tomorrow.

  9. This sub 2 weeks ago: if we even go .500 over that 19 game stretch I’ll be happy

The game thread today: fire Pat Murphy

Some of you people need to drink a beer and relax!

  10. Good thing we didn’t have to trot out some godforsaken scarecrow made of bubblegum and seeds crafted by Megill and Uribe in the bullpen for the 10th

  11. Shelby miller gets my MVP for the game. What a clutch performance from him. And the mis looks back on track. The fact that he finished the 3rd and 4th innings in that cubs game gave him some confidence I think. Today he didnt walk guys and he was efficient. The 3 run homer was tough but id take that over those 4 walk meltdown innings anyday.
