Per the story, he's appealing and appeal results should be known today. He was also fined (amount not listed) and I'm sure that's under appeal too.
As for getting off entirely? That's not happening. Will it be reduced from six games? I don't know.
Per discussion over there, it's generally agreed that six games is right and some would have been OK with 10. (I think I would be OK with that.)
