What can he do that Gordon can't? I like Ingold but he stopped being effective in the middle of last year.

18. I’m one of Grier’s biggest critics but anyone hoping his kids die of cancer is way out of bounds. Seriously, you need to rethink your life choices if that’s what you’re spending your time doing.

19. Is anyone else starting to get the feeling Waller is OBJ 2.0? How is he going to play if he doesn’t practice? Being in “football” shape is a hell or a lot different than being in shape. We have entirely too many “stars” who don’t practice regularly and as a result they’re not in football shape. That’s why they are constantly pulling muscles and getting other minor injuries. This is what happens when you have a soft Head Coach.

20. Hey Doug, I do not comment very often but I would like for to verify with your assessment that the Dolphins have not gotten that much younger this year. I listen to you and Kyle Crabbs every week day and Kyle seems to reports that Maimi has gotten much younger this year. Would you please check the median age of the Dolphins at the beginning of last the season last year compared to now and let us know. If Kyle is correct, it should be that this year’s team is about 9 years younger. Thank you.

24. For position players I’d add Korie Black, Tristin McCollum, Deuce Vaughn. I’d also add every physically gifted OLinemen out there. Bring them in, train them in your system. Something might shake out but you gotta try.

Grant is younger than Calais Campbell, Jordan Phillips is younger than Deshawn Hand, Willie Gay is younger than Duke Riley, Minkah is younger than Ramsey, Melifonwu is younger than Poyer, Duck is younger than Kendall Fuller, Ollie Gordon is younger than Mostert, Savaiinaea is younger than Robert Jones, Paul is younger than Armstead, and including practice squad players, Dulcich is younger than Durham Smythe, AND, Grier never said every single player had to get younger. A person with an open mind might consider that he meant they had to get younger at core positions, and wouldn’t fixate on backup or practice squad players.

29. Haven't kept up with him but Dolcich was a bad boy coming out of college. Has Shilo been signed yet? That guy has that boldness all the great playmakers have. You can chip away at removing rough edges on a person/player but that boldness of which I speak can not be artificially created or added and it's a rare quality to possess. I hope someone in Miami sees it and keeps repeating what he sees. Bring him in. Nurture him. He's a late bloomer but move him to Safety, coach him up and I see him playing a lot like the honey badger from LSU.

41. Agree totally on your position on comments about Grier – completely unacceptable behavior. I don't always agree with Grier, but even when I wildly disagree with Grier, I'll admit he's found a few gems. I have a philisophical disagreement with the importance he puts on health as a qualifier when adding people to the organization. I'm just not as high on adding players with an injury history, regardles of their upside, regardles of their discount due to injury. To me you need a solid healthy base of players on your roster, with a little room for health gambles…our roster is FILLED with health gambles. As a fan I can no longer count on the Fins to be able to field a competitive squad in December and Jan because of our roster construction. But hey I'm wishing Grier and his family the best without regard to the game I love.

46. Ok. I get that you wanted to cover the latest roster. However, you should also talk about players that were not resigned and compare them to those that were. What happened to Patrick McMorris? Was he not good enough? Was he underperforming?
