Coach T. has only 4 of 19 years with at least one playoff win. So my questions now becomes… What is this culture Tomlin brings that the players speak about? Why would this qualify as a "Gold Jacket" coach as many analyst talk about?
Bill Cowher was a Steelers HC for 15 years and had 12 seasons with a playoff win with several AFC Championship appearances. That is a WINNING CULTURE. Someone please tell me the TYPE of culture Coach Tomlin brings? And lastly, after so many years of mediocracy, why is Coach T. still the HC in Pittsburgh?

Don’t sleep on the TE’s this year! I feel it’ll be like the Ben days. When first two looks break down, the comfort blanket of Jonnu, Pat, and Big Darnell over the top! I’m pumped to see what we can do this season! And would love to see ARod change his mind, and do just ONE MORE YEAR, after this one, if we were to come up short.
