  1. Why are you guys concerned about McCullers' health, both mental and physical? It's about the team, not his temporary well-being! If it's to much for him, he can be put on the IL. You can more or less count on him doing two things, walking way to many batters and getting hurt. You can't count on him for anything but being a disaster this year.

  2. Alvarez in the lineup helps Walker tremendously. If you pitch around Yordan, then you have to pitch to Walker. Which means more balls in the zone. He's not very good with pitches outside of the zone. Just dont put Yainer behind Walker, geez

  3. To be fair to Jose Abreu he actually did get it going from Sept through the end of the playoffs in his first season here. Then he came back as the worst offensive player I have ever seen the next season. They DFA'ed Dubin and Baltimore picked him up. I would've like to see them give him one more shot without asking him to pitch multiple innings. After his first appearance back from the IL I believe it was always the 2nd inning he pitched where he would get shelled.
Imagine the healthy lineup with Parades. It's will be legit again.

  4. What's the point in having Yordan Alvarez if we're not going to play him? He played 1 game and had to take a rest day? That's unacceptable. Oh we're worried he might get hurt again, so the solution is to not play him? Why have a guy we can't play consistently and reliably? Does he have some sort of blackmail over the organization where they have to keep him or he'll ruin everyone's reputation? He's not the only good ball player in the MLB, why can't we just go get someone who is reliable?

  5. Is Charlie Blinking some Morse-Code Message..? Has he been kidnapped & trying to let us know? Can I get a translate on the blinking please

  6. I watch Fubo game summaries (8 total plays from game today) and watch this bad ass show twice a week. Thatโ€™s all you need

  7. I am glad to see us playing better teams down the stretch. For whatever reason, we always seem to play better against the best teams!

  8. For me Pena is swinging at too many first ball pitches. He needs to be more patient being in the lead off spot. Just the other day, game 2 against the Rockies. There were two men on base from your 8 and 9 hitters and only one out. The pitcher was pitching wildly. I believe it was 1-0 at the time and Yordon was on deck, what does Pena do? Swings at the very first pitch and hits into an inning ending double play. He has to be more aware of the time and situation at that point. Work the count and see pitches. Try and get to a 3 ball count or at least a hitters count and don't be in such a hurry but with two men on base and only one out, you have to be aware of who is behind you and try your damnest to get on base and not swing yourself into outs.
