Lauri is silently becoming one of the best players in international basketball ever.

Somebody get this man in an actual Nba team with a decent point guard.

  1. Alright people say he needs a good PG to set him up in the NBA to get his shots. Who’s the Finish Stockton

  2. Him on Warriors for Podz with reduced picks (Jazz wants 9 picks w/ Podz included lmao) could’ve been beautiful 😭

  3. Why are European players so much more skilled than us, it’s laughable atp

  4. The best thing that can happen to Utah, is if Lauri Markkanen can get back to the player he was his first 2 years in utah instead of the player he was last year. Utah then would be able to move his contract and it wouldn’t be a salary dump they can get real assets.because he is under contract and he is only 28 he would have real trade value again. And if Danny ainge is smart just take a good fair deal and stop trying to Overkill teams on trades.

  5. How wild would it be if, of all players, Lauri Markkanen hits us with an all-time great NBA season.

  6. I’m convinced Lauri is a HOF talent who’s been held back by bad coaching and team circumstance

  7. all the NBA has to do is hand him the ball and give him a reason to play hard. nobody has done both.

frightening how good CLE could have been if they had patience.

  8. Lol Warriors tried to get him but were getting fleeced. Now we are trying to do the fleecing with Kuminga lol. Full circle moment.

  9. These UK guys are fucking bums. Might as well play against kids in the park.

  10. Lol! Yes Utah does need to trade him for sure, he’s at max value now and they just have too many bodies

  11. Absolutely insane performance but jumping to him being one of the best international players is CRAZY.

He’s had a few really really elite games but lets be honest they were against horrible teams. Great Britain’s leading scorer was Luke Nelson of the Polish Basketball League, which not to slander him but he’s 30 and averaging 9.6 ppg in that league. The other crazy performance he had was against Poland who’s best player was Jordan Lloyd, a guy who’s best known for being in a picture wearing a suit instead of playing. It’s also a stark drop off after him

If he continues this you can debate it but he still has to do so so much more

  12. Bro is a pure bucket in 7 feet frame. He doesn’t rely on athleticism. Just raw skill. Insane 3 level scorer. If you pair up him up with any decent playmaker, he’d feast

But he doesn’t rebound well, doesn’t defend well, but he’s too tall and slow to be placed at any other position outside of a PF/C. That’s the problem with him. Most NBA players just cooks him easily and tires him out
