  1. I think it’s interesting how these guys play the toughest, most violent sport, but they are more sensitive than kids going thru puberty.

I’d like to quote Tomlin here: “We do not care.”

  2. Ryan Clark told absolutely no lies about Aaron Rodgers, but Rodgers is within his rights to not want to give him some sort of warm welcome either. What was he expecting?

  3. This dude tore Rodgers a new ass last year when he was with the Jets.. he talked so much shit about him.. Said he was washed, over the hill, can’t throw and QB anymore, he needs to hang it up, etc.. Now he wants to be his best friend because Mike & Rodgers have developed a mutual respect for each other as coach and player and he wants to be all up in his business.. Clark is a clown..

  4. I stopped caring about anything this goofball said when he tried saying Pickens had more talent than Justin Jefferson💀

  5. tbh if i was a big time player i wouldn’t give Ryan Clark the time of day either, guy is just a hot take artist for ESPN.

  6. He’s legit done nothing but talk shit about him in the offseason. Why would Rodgers care to interact with him?

  7. Come on, Blitzburgh. It’s “a part” not “apart”. Sorry.  I had to find something to care about in that post.

  8. He was great DB, has a great on air voice and articulation, but damn if that dude ain’t so full of himself and his takes I can’t stand to watch him. I’ll take Deke over him any day.

  9. I’m very quickly running out of reason to care about RC and I hate that but it’s the gods honest truth man

  10. My favorite part about Ryan Clark is that he’s only relevant because of the time he played on our elite defense, and he’s the first in line to shit on the franchise when he gets the chance.

  11. Why would he? Clark has been hyper critical of Rodgers. I wouldn’t want to have anything to do with him either if I was a QB or player that he repeatedly zeroed in on and ran through the mud.

  12. We need a r/steelersTMZ for media beef, and wife/girlfriend drama.

It’s football season. I don’t give a shit about whatever this is.

  13. Ryan Clark has always been an asshole.

    Consider the following:

    – Acted unprofessionally during his radio show he was being paid to do when he showed up halfway through and didn’t like that the host made a remark about it. He proceeded to throw a tantrum on-air, insult his co-host, and openly mock the idea of even doing a show.

    – Tried to start a fight with a Pittsburgh sports radio host for asking a question he didn’t like. That radio host (Joe Bendel) would have absolutely beat his ass if they did fight.

    – In his final year as a Steeler, Clark would routinely post up at his locker after games and blame the media for the team’s struggles, and for his struggles. He would accuse the media of causing needless drama and trying to hurt the team. That same year, ESPN kept reporting on inside news about the Steelers. News about the drama going on in the locker room and shit like that. As soon as the Steelers season ended, Mr. The Media Is The Enemy began to appear as a talking head on ESPN. Not only was this extremely hypocritical but it’s pretty much a not-very-well-kept secret that Clark himself was the one leaking inside info to ESPN, which is how he got his gig in the first place.

    Fuck Ryan Clark.

  14. “A dude I didn’t play with didn’t jump at the chance to say ‘hi’ and fawn all over me as a ‘part of Steeler history’ as I spoke to dudes I knew and called from my car window a generic ‘hey guys!’ while he was talking to his OC at camp. He’s a hater and I’m disappointed.”

I think it’s far more likely that, while acclimating to a new city, camp, team, culture, and people, that he didn’t immediately recognize the random former player who retired a decade ago that he never played with. I love RC as a player, but my god being on ESPN has turned him into a self-important douche. Kinda like how he had cameras on him to react to the Steelers not taking Sanders with their first pick as he just half fell apart in shock and surprise. Anything for attention 🙄

  15. Ryan has been a dork for years.

Ever since the guy got on tv and said some bullshit about not talking about Watson’s victims and fans being shameful for heckling Deshaun over it at games.

Plenty of fans gave Ben shit for his off field stuff for yrs, Deshaun is no different. Clark never once called out Watson for what he did to those 35 women, but was first in line to ridicule the away fans heckling him.

    Complete bitch

  16. Couldn’t care less if Rodgers hurt his feelings. I’ve pretty much tuned Clark out since he’s been in the media.

  17. Whoever wrote this might not know the difference between “a part” and “apart”
