  1. Just a fantastic win good pitching with clutch hits. Now you have Priester and Woody to win the series!

  2. Don’t love using abner but needed a W and don’t lose ground when cubs play Rockies.

    Keep it going.

  3. Bats were nice and patient. Defense was solid. Freddie was great. Love this for a series start.

  4. All things considered with how brutal this stretch has been I’m proud of this team

  5. so nice to see a solid win again. we’ve had a tough run with injuries and no days off

  6. Cy Young Freddy.

    Mona staying hot.

    Vaughn luck turns around.

Young girl having the time of her life behind home plate.

    Fun game!

  7. Just saw Reds score.

Im convinced that every year the Reds are the team everyone thinks the Brewers are, meanwhile, the Brewers are the team everyone thinks the Reds are

  8. I am quite happy that we have one of the hardest records in baseball for the rest of the season because these seem to be the teams we do quite well against

  10. MONA: “Shane Bieber is a pretty good pitcher”

This low key feels like an accidental slight on him

  11. Everything was right for this game. Patience at the plate. Clutch two out hits. Peralta went 6 great innings.

  12. Unrelated to the game but just want to put out there—I was at Rogers Centre Wednesday night for the game against the Twins as we happened to be in town. From what I saw, the Jays have by far the most polite and good-natured fanbase I’ve seen outside of ours. Crowd was huge; vibes felt like Citi Field without any of the crazies. They truly are very polite and accommodating people up there. I guess some stereotypes are based in truth.

  13. Brewers will not be first by the end of August, This team simply cannot compete. Just an absolute sham of an offense and a defense that makes unforced errors at the worst time.

The reds will win this division and the brewers wont even make the playoffs. I just dont see how an offense this bad competes against any real pitchers.

  14. Murphy acting like a proud papa talking about Monastereo in his press conference. He also talked about the great stadium and crowd too.

  15. Murph just said in his postgame interview that Sal didn’t need to dive to make that catch tonight. LMAO I love the rapport he has with his team.

  16. It blows my mind that the Brewers are STILL the only team with 80 wins on the year. And we won our 80th on the TWENTY-FIRST!

  17. Funny moment from tonight that I don’t think was picked up by the broadcast. Collins stole second without a throw and while getting up, Gimenez pointed towards first as if it was a foul ball. Collins takes a couple steps back to first before Borbon starts screaming at him to get back. Borbon and Gimenez then got into it a little but in a friendly way

  18. The stadium was beautiful and I was seated next to a very sweet Chinese woman (who has lived in Toronto most of her life and is a Jays fan) and we talked throughout the entire game. This was hands down my favorite game I’ve ever been to in person.
