He had a swing and a miss. He went upstairs and got him to chase at 98. And there’s one away. First one to Goodman. Highf fly ball lifted in the air out towards left center field. Pico Armstrong makes a running basket catch and then spins and fires it in. Ready to work. Kicks, fires. Fly ball left field in comes Hat. Waits on it and he’s got it. And that is out number three. Line drive down the left side. That’ll pearl into the corner. Corner’s got himself a double, maybe more. and Nate go into second. It’s a two bagger. 19 homers, five for 10. What a play. I don’t know who’s been better in the second half of the season. Uh the first pick last night. One hopper flag down. Oh, Aria grabs it and throws him out. Line drive caught. My goodness. It’s off the wall and racing for second is Suzuki and he’s got a double [Applause] wide drive rip right field. Tucker will play that off the wall. Racing for second is Moniac and he’s in. And a swing and a miss. Struck him out. Goodman is gone. And that is strikeout number two for Cade Horton. There is the feeling that if you were going to really strike people out in the minors, you have a pretty good chance at it in the majors. Tucker back onto the track and he makes the catch. Carson has not gone deep this month. Tap hits it in the air left field. That one back back some more and you were saying yes. In half goes yard and the Cubs add on. It is three to nothing. Pete Crow Armstrong back back some more and it’s gone and Yunk Fernandez will touch them all and it’s a one-run game. Hitting coach, excuse me. Now he’s the bench coach. Line drive out towards center field. It’ll fall for a hit. BCH had to hold up to make sure it wasn’t caught. And now they’re all loaded up. Swing and a high-fly ball center field. Doyle with a catch made. Tagging and scoring is BCH. And the Cubs get a run back. It’s 4-2. Slice the other way down the left side. Fair ball and that’ll take a hop and it’ll get out of play. It’s an automatic double. Tucker is in to score and it’ll cost the Cubs a run as Suzuki would have come around Hill. Swing and a high fly ball out towards right field. That one back some more. And that one is off the top of the wall. In to score is Suzuki. On his heels is Hat. Here comes her to the plate and into third is Dansby Swanson. It’s a bases clearing triple high off the wall in right center and the Cubs lead 8-2. Line drive broken bat base hit left field. Matt Shaw RBI single with Swansy coming in and it’s all Cubs 92. line drive out towards center field. Doyle is there, but it’s off his glove and racing for second is half and he is having himself a night. A homer and now a pair of doubles and with two wide drive, bear ball down the left side and that gets into the corner. Half over there to dig it out and they’re going to send the runner and the throw to the plate. Too late. Caros is in and the Rockies get a run back. It’s 93. Fly ball center field. Doyle back back some more near the wall. Out of here. Dansby Swanson. His second of the night. And it’s 103 on the ground. Aria backhands jump and got him. Whoa. Man, what a night for Orlando. Arca. [Applause] That is crushed. Right center field on its way. Gone off the back wall of the bullpen. Michael Bush. Fly ball right field. Tucker back up against the wall. Can’t make the play. Coming around to score is Tovar. And into second. Swing and a fly ball center field. Pete Crow Armstrong back and he makes the catch. throw to third and Brown is there to back up as the run comes in to score. The one-two swing and a miss and Brown able to get Burnabel. Inning over. We’ll go to the eighth. Cubs lead it. Fly ball left center field. Hat can’t get there. And Fernandez into second. It’s a double. [Applause] Highf fly ball drilled left field. That’s back on its way and it’s gone. Home run for Kyle Farmer and it’s 117. What a night for Dansby Swanson as he laces that one to center and Doyle misjudged it a bit and still was able to make the play. Little looper. Arcia there to make the catch. We’re headed to the bottom of the ninth. Andrew the 2-1 on the ground to third. Shaw steps on the bag. Throw to first. Picked out at first and a double play.
