  2. This team is totally content with the WC and just making it to the playoffs. But winning the division and 2nd seed would be huge since we’d get a first round bye and rest for a few days and home field in the second round. At the very least we need the first WC so we can play the Cubs at home, instead of on the road, which would likely be a quick exit from the playoffs. I blame Schildt and Arraez for this team not being in first place in the division.

  3. Here’s another opportunity for the Padres against a terrible pitcher named Taj Bradley who got absolutely smoked by the White Sox his last 2 outings. Why do I have the feeling he will pitch well against the Padres?
