Adam Thielen MAKES The Minnesota Vikings Super Bowl CONTENDERS

Come on. [Music] [Music] Heat. [Music] Life like this sure is sweet, huh? It definitely is. I’m going home. I’m going home. All for one last ride. That’s the mindset of Adam Fel and his family right now. This is Sports Guy talking that you guys are watching and listening to. I am Dustin TR, your host as I am here today to talk about how Adam Felen makes the Vikings Super Bowl contenders. The Vikings were able to pull off the Adam Felen trade which will help JJ McCarthy’s supporting cast become even more stacked on paper. In fact, the Vikings offense is now loaded with weapons all over the place. Before I say anything else, though, I want to present you guys with a topic question. So, here it is. How much impact will Adam Thielen have on the Vikings? I say it’s going to be a lot. It’s going to be a significant amount that will be able to translate to wins for the Minnesota Vikings. On a scale of 1 to 10 in terms of how much impact Adam Finan will be able to make, I am going to say it will be an eight. Adam Felen is an excellent locker room presence and he always knows how to get open against the zone. His route running is extremely underrated and even though he is the oldest wide receiver in the NFL right now, he is still one of the better wide receivers in the NFL when it comes to getting open and getting separation from opposing defenses. Adam Thielen knows how to get open against zone defense at an elite level, which is only going to help out JJ McCarthy. Adam Thielen is also underrated against man coverage. Adam Thelen was one of the rare bright spots for the Panthers the last couple of seasons and obviously Adam Thielen has familiarity with the Minnesota Vikings. Adam the has a way of connecting with young quarterbacks. Hence, that’s why he was able to play good football despite Bryce Young struggling in each of his first two NFL seasons. Now, me personally, I’m very high on JJ McCarthy. So is Adam Thelen. Adam Theen has been training with JJ McCarthy a lot in the past few seasons. So obviously Adam Thielen and JJ McCarthy, they already have familiarity with one another. I know Adam Thelen is super happy to go back to Minnesota. I’ve been talking with an inside source that has been close to Adam Thelen and he says that Adam Thielen is more than thrilled to go back to the Minnesota Vikings. But more importantly, he also was excited to get the heck out of the Carolinas. Adam Thielen’s wife was not really all that pleased about the Carolina Panthers in the first place. They compared the Carolina Panthers to living in Afghanistan in terms of NFL landscapes. That’s how bad they felt about the Panthers franchise. Obviously, Adam Felen’s only got a year or two left in his NFL career. He’s playing out the final year of his contract in Minnesota. This is somewhat of a homecoming for Adam Thelen, but you know what? The Minnesota Vikings needed a slot receiver as their final piece on offense. Now they got all the weapons necessary for JJ McCarthy to succeed in the National Football League. I also want to show you guys this clip of Caitlyn Thielen getting excited about Adam Thelen getting traded to the Minnesota Vikings. She shared her excitement with her kids and she kept asking, “Are you excited? Are you excited? Are you excited?” Clearly, that woman was more than thrilled to get out of Charlotte, North Carolina. And now they were back home in Minnesota. Obviously, Caitlyn Thelen is the biggest fan out of everybody involved. And Adam Thelen getting traded to the Minnesota Vikings ruled the film. Guys, what happened? Guys, what? Guys, what? Guess what? What? School. School. Guess where dad is. Guess where dad is. Where? Minnesota. Yay. What are you guys feeling? cuz I’m a Viking. Yay. What do you guys think? When are we going to go to? Oh my gosh. Are you sad? Are we going there right now? Are you excited or sad? We’re going to the airport right now. And do you remember the school chant? Are you going to go tomorrow? I mean, I mean, are we Guys, when are we going to go? Are you guys excited? To go to school tomorrow? Yes. Are we excited or no? Yes. You want to say goodbye to your friends? Yes. So So are are you picking us up tomorrow? They go, “Let’s go. Let’s go.” That’s one excited woman right there. I can tell you that much. I know Caitlyn Felen is so hyped up about the current situation for Adam Felen on the Minnesota Vikings. Obviously, I feel a little devastated about it because I am a Panthers fan and I wanted to see Adam Felen play one more year for the Panthers. Obviously, we’re not going to have that happen because the Panthers are an idiotic organization. There’s a reason why Adam Felen’s family couldn’t wait to get out of Charlotte, North Carolina, and that’s because they felt like they were mistreated in the first place. Now, they get to go back home in Minnesota, which obviously they’re more familiar with. Adam Felman was a star player for the Vikings during his prime years, and even though he’s no longer in his prime, he’s still a very productive player in the National Football League. And I truly believe the Minnesota Vikings are Super Bowl contenders with Adam Thelen on their squad. Now, in fact, the Minnesota Vikings are my pick out of the NFC to go to the Super Bowl. That’s right. I got the Minnesota Vikings finishing the season with a 12 and five record. They’re going to get the number one seed in the NFC. JJ McCarthy is going to have a breakout season. The coaching Kevin Okonnell is elite. They have two good running backs in Aaron Jones and Jordan Mason. Their wide receiver room is absolutely loaded. They got Justin Jefferson who’s a top two wide receiver in the National Football League. I know he’s coming off of a hamstring injury right now. He’s going to be fine once the season starts. They got Jordan Addison who’s one of the better young receivers in all of football. I know right now he’s serving a three-game suspension for his DUI arrest. But once he gets that situation cleared out, he’s going to be back on the field for the Minnesota Vikings. And he’s still going to be a productive player. And now they got Adam Thiel in the slot where he can work his magic against zone defense. And Adam the is going to serve as a security blanket for JJ McCarthy on third downs. Don’t forget about TJ Hawinson as well. He’s one of the better tight ends in the National Football League. The Vikings also have a stacked O line as well. They added two new offensive linemen this off seasonason. I like their additions in there a lot. JJ McCarthy is going to have time to throw the football. He’s going to have a good running game to work with. He’s going to have the elite play caller of Kevin Okonnell and the receivers are always going to be open. I’m very excited to see what this Viking squad can do because their offense is absolutely loaded with weapons all over the place. Their defense is going to be elite as well with the play calling of Brian Flores. He’s an excellent defensive coordinator. They also have excellent players on their squad. I fully expect the Minnesota Vikings to break out and surprise a lot of people in the NFC this year and go to the Super Bowl, especially with the addition of Adam Thielen. I love this addition for the Minnesota Vikings. They absolutely stole Adam Thielen. Even though it’s only for a rental, I think it’s absolutely worth it. If they make a Super Bowl run, then the Adam Thelen trade was definitely worth it. And even if they don’t make a Super Bowl run, I still think it was worth it just because Adam Thelen is a local kid who is from Minnesota and he obviously has experience in the Kevin Okonnell system. So I’m expecting big things for Adam Thelen, JJ McCarthy, Justin Jefferson, and the other Minnesota Vikings players. There’s a lot of expectations in there, but I like it. Their squad is extremely underrated. And I’m telling you what, man. The Minnesota Vikings are not a team to mess around with come playoff time. If JJ McCarthy can just play average level football, this is a squad that can become the best team in the NFC. That’s how high I am on the Vikings. So that is why Adam Felen will have a significant amount of impact on the Vikings as their wide receiver court is absolutely stacked with weapons all over the place.
