👀Terry CONTRACT Update: 😎Adam Peters WON The War? Why WE ALL WIN! WSH Players & LEGEND REACT! & More

Hey, what’s happening y’all? It’s your boy Rico from Street Scores and we have some big time Terry McLuren contract updates. Man, did Adam Peters actually end up winning the war? But I most importantly want to dive into why everybody wins. I want to dive into why the fans win, why Adam Peters wins, but also why Terry McLuren wins. And then also we have the reaction to the Terry McLuren contract from other Washington players and Terry McLuren teammates and also even legends like Ark Monk. He was excited. We’re going to dive into all that and more. And I even want to do like a chronological order of the updates cuz even before we got all of these official contract details today that we’re super going to dive into, even the past couple of days, people were thinking, “Wait a minute, it may not look like what it looks like on the outside on the surface that’s being tweeted everywhere.” And then that was proven correct with the contract details that came out today. Again, we’re going to dive into all of that and more. But before we do, make sure you stick on that like button. Stiff on the subscription button and stick on the bell next to that subscription button so you get notification each and every time I release an informative and opinionated video just like this one. Make sure you stay tuned to all of the content. Appreciate y’all for supporting every video, watching every video, leaving likes, man. Super excited. Now, they will be practicing today and so I will have y’all updates on those. Like, you know, I think Terry McClo’s supposed to speak after practice. I think Adam Peter’s supposed to speak before practice and stuff like that. So, I will have you updated on a lot of that stuff later on. So, just stay tuned. Without further ado, let’s dive into this video right now, man. Let’s get it. Adam. [Music] All right. So Terry McLaren is first of all expected to be on the field with the Washington Commanders in today’s practice. He’s going to be on the field. He’s supposed to speak after the practice as well. And so he’ll basically have essentially like 11 days to get ready for this upcoming game against the New York Giants. Week one, September 7th. Today’s August 27th. So hey man, he has a little under two weeks to get right cuz again he missed joint practice versus the Patriots. He missed preseason game versus the Bengals. And those are really the only two serious opportunities that he would have had to get some meaningful reps against an actual NFL opponent, but even so, he has less than two weeks even just to get in the football shape and, you know, dealing with full contact, wearing helmets and pads and stuff like that. So hopefully he’s ready to come back as soon as possible because I’m not necessarily worried about his chemistry with Jaden Daniels as much as people are. I’m not worried about him getting caught up on the offense that he already played. I mean, Cliff Kingsbury, of course, added a lot to the offense this off seasonason to add extra layers and new wrinkles and and keep us unpredictable and keep defenses on their toes and everything like that. Always ahead of opposing defenses and stuff like that. So, of course, the offense isn’t completely like it is what it was last year. But, I trust Terry McLein. Whatever parts he doesn’t know yet, he’ll know those by September 7th. My worry is, is his body ready to take NFL hits? Is he ready to deal with the NFL damage of having to block, having to get tackled, and stuff like that? I hope so and I think he will be ready by September 7th. But that’s the only worry I have, you know, as far as chemistry with Jaden, playbook, Cliff Kingsbury, and all that type of stuff. I’m not worried about that as much. And then also, it was crazy, too, because it was like 9:00 a.m. when Adam Sher said that the Commanders and Terry McLaren was still far apart on their deal. And I don’t know where he got that information from, cuz literally not even 3 hours later, the update about Terry McLaren getting signed came out. I mean, it was crazy. Like, literally, even Mike Greenberg went on to say that Terry McLaren and the commanders were, he asked Shaft, “Are they getting anywhere?” He said, “Quote, no, not so far.” Unquote. Like, that was like a couple of hours before Terry McLaren got signed. So, like, I mean, you you always have to take any information from no matter who it is with a grain of salt. Even guys like Adam Shfter. I keep urging y’all. I keep trying to say that. And so, first of all, I want to talk about how the teammates are happy for him. How legends are happy for him. I mean, if you look on this screenshot right here provided by Washington today on Twitter, you have Mike Santo at the top left. You have Jaylen Lane top middle, Frankie Lubu top right, you have Debo bottom left, you have Noah Brown bottom middle, and then Jeremy Reeves bottom right. And then Washington today even said there are way more of these. These are just some of the main ones that he picked out to just do a compilation of six right here, but there are a lot more of these. like his teammates are so happy. The morale and that on that team in the locker room is skyhigh through the roof. It was already very high before we got Terry Mcloin signed and everybody just kept talking about it with such a nonchalant tone like, “Yeah, it’s going to get done.” Like even Jayen Daniels when he was interviewed by Da Rousini just like less than a week ago, he was just like, “Yeah, it’s going to get done. Like, I’m confident it’s going to get done. We’ll be all And then that last training camp practice that we had like a few days ago, the very last one of the 2025 season, everybody was just all jokes. Everybody was so happy and jovial and stuff like that. You could just already tell that everybody was confident that it would get done. But even before it did, everybody was just excited about the season and we’re really bought into the fact that we’re about to go, you know, compete for a Super Bowl this year. And then so now Terry McLaren getting signed just sends the the the the atmosphere and the the overall attitude and and happiness of the roster man through the roof dog. And then you even have Jaden Daniels. I felt like he had the best reply. He said, “Let me hold something.” And hey man, hey Terry, everybody need a little bit of that man. Shouts out to Terry to getting his big money. Of course, Jayen Daniels was extra happy. LFG GG all in all caps and stuff like that, man. Shouts out to Jayden Daniels getting his number one wide receiver back. And then even the legend Art Monk was really happy as well. He posted this to his Instagram. Shouts out to George Carney for finding this and also pointing out the fact that Art Monk is the Redskins all-time leading receiver with,26 yards and 888 receptions. And also Mark was known as one of the all-time class acts as a player both on and off the field as well just like a Terry McLaren. And we’re hoping that Terry McCorin ascends to Art Monk level. I mean, he already has the franchise record and reception touchdowns in a season, so maybe he’s well on track, especially since he has Jaden DS as his quarterback. Now, let’s go back because there were reports about the initial offers in the deal from both sides. Ben Standig tweeted August 25th that the initial numbers from both sides play large roles in the pro protect in the protracted talks per sources. Apparently, from what he’s heard and what he’s gathered behind the scenes, again, take everything with a grain of salt, but apparently Terry Mcloin opened terms that would have surpassed Justin Jefferson’s $35 million per year. That’s apparently what he was asking for. He wanted to be the second highest paid wide receiver in the entire NFL, only behind Jamar Chase, which is quite insane. But then even almost equally insane were the Commanders. They began south of 25 million with theirs. Now, of course, with negotiations, you ask for way more than what you’re willing to accept. If you’re willing to accept 30 million per year, you ask for 35. And if from the commander side, if you’re willing to give them 30 million per year, you start at 25. But that’s still like Terry McLaren was out of his mind. And Adam Peters was definitely being disrespectful. So, I’m just happy to hear that Terry McLaren and Adam Peters were eventually able to use logic and find a middle ground that made perfect sense. But then also people started to wonder two days ago if Adam Peters actually won because originally, you know, when you hear the commanders were offering somewhere around 25, but Terry McLaren was asking north of 35. It sounds like Adam Peters had to give up more than Terry McLaren had to give up. They didn’t meet in the middle. They met closer to Terry McLaren’s side. But again, then we started to hear some rumblings about maybe Terry McLaren actually didn’t win as much as we thought he did. First of all, shouts out to Mike Hall for pointing out the fact that Terry’s boy on Twitter was going at all of the fans and doing a whole victory lap on Twitter, especially after the fans were on his head, you know, the past few weeks. So, a man, congratulations to him. Shout us out to him. But Neil Greenberg said before we even got the contract details, like literally just a couple of after hours after it was even announced that Terry McLaren got a new deal and we just had those surface updates and stats from the contract about, you know, how how many years, how much money overall, and how many per year, the surface stuff, the like the ultimate ceiling of what his deal could be, the version that the the agent put out there, Buddy Baker, now Adam Peterson company, the agent to make it the deal sound as great as possible on Terry McLaren’s end and to make basically make it seem like they want. Again, I’m emphasizing seem like they won. So Neil Greenberg, even before everything else came out, he said, “The silence on the Mclloren guaranteed money, which took a couple of days to come out, is telling me everything I need to know. The way I see it, if it was the same or greater than me, it would have been released by the agent at Jump. And that’s a great point. If the guaranteed money was around the same amount as DK Mechaf or more, that would have came out with the exact same news that we caught the sealing of the deal. the how many years and how much it is overall and which led to it looking like a $32 million per year deal. But again, we’re going to dive into why it actually isn’t that at all. He said the organ organization isn’t releasing it because they already won. They’re good. Like they don’t feel a need to win the PR battle. They feel like they won on the contract side, which was the ultimate goal at the end of the day anyway. And they don’t feel the need to gloat. And then Jay Daniels MVP even reported that John K said that he thinks actually the deal is somewhere like nine or$10 million more tacked on as far as the ceiling goes compared to what Terry McLaren is actually guaranteed to get. And that’s the most important part. You can look at these headlines and see Terry McLaren got a $32 million deal over three years. But at the end of the day, what’s the actual guaranteed money? How much of that money that you’re seeing in that headline is Terry McLaren actually going to get? That’s why Adam Peters wins. And so people were even guessing like Bobby Gold said it’s probably going to end up being somewhere in between 28.5 to $29 million and he was right. We’re going to get there soon. You even have Mike Ganetti of Sports Track. He said he thinks it’s possible that only this upcoming season will technically be guaranteed for Terry McLuren. Now ended up being the next two seasons kind of technically like a season and a half. We’ll get there soon. But the logic was sound. He said, quote, “I got to tell you, when I saw the numbers initially, my gut instinct, having done this now for so long, was, man, if he’s getting that much this year, there’s a really good chance that this is a oneanddone scenario and that he is probably not guaranteed next year.” And then later asked if he felt the team might be holding off, revealing the full details to let the agent have his day. And then he said, “There’s no question.” So, everybody’s in the same thinking of, “Hey, let the agent do his little parade around. Give him a day or two to make it seem like he won on the internet.” and you know overall PR-wise to the fans and things like that. But at the end of the day when you finally see those contract details really Adam Peters and company won. But on the surface when everything first came out 33 brought up a good point that last April and Monro St. Brown became the highest paid wide receiver in the league in NFL history with a 30.0025 million per year deal. And then less than a year and a half later St. Brown’s average salary only ranks eighth at the position after Terry McLaren just got his new deal. So within less than a year and a half, you go from the highest paid to the eighth. Like that wide receiver money is different right now. That market is just skyrocketing. And so when you get your guy signed, you’re happy cuz you know that he’s not even going to last as long on the top tier wide receivers paid list for very long at all, man. It just keep it’s a new one getting signed every day. And so I’m happy that we got ours out the way now because it’s only going to keep getting higher and higher and higher. And it won’t take long for Terry Mcloin to go from one of the highest paid wide receivers to not being one of the highest paid wide receivers. And then just a couple of hours ago this morning, we finally got the real contract details. And Adam Peters for sure won if you care about that sort of thing. Shouts out to Albert Brer for uploading this exact list of details in this contract. And with it, he pointed out the fact that the base new money value is 87 million over 3 years. The total base value was 103.35 million over four years and he has $44.65 million guaranteed and a $9.4 million worth of upside which goes back to the point that that that whole contract that Buddy Baker put out there a couple of days ago to make it seem like Terry McLaren was about to be paid as much as DK Metaf and as much as AJ Brown and stuff like that. But when you actually look at the real internal parts of the contract, the parts that really matter, he’s not being paid like those guys at all. It just looks like it on the surface, you know, there’s incentives in there that maybe he could ultimately reach that, you know, if we make the playoffs, if he goes to Pro Bowls, a certain amount of catches, yards, touchdowns, and things like that, of course. But ultimately, he probably will not end up getting all of that money. I hope he does, though, cuz that means he bowled out. That means we’re winning Super Bowls and stuff like that. ultimately does, but it’s not in the same stratosphere as like a DK Metaf. It’s his deal is actually closer to a Courtland Sutton like deal like we initially thought that I mean I felt like he deserved probably because again I feel like DK Mechaf is overpaid if anything I feel like Terry McLaren is easily better than DK Mechaf but the Steel is overpaid DK Mechav and even him he didn’t have like that much guaranteed money compared to all of the other receivers at the top of the highest paid receivers like CD Lamb and Justin Jefferson and stuff like that. And so Terry Mccollin’s again deal is closer to Courtland Sutton than what it seemed like just two days ago. Ian Rapaort even tweeted three-year extension worth 87 million base value 29 per year actually. That’s what it ended up being. So a lot of us were saying that we’re we’re that’s what I was willing to give him. A lot of people were kind of throwing out there that that’s what they think he’ll end up getting and stuff like that. So it ended up basically hitting it on the right on a nail on the head. I said 29 and a half million. I felt like I was willing to give them and that would end up being what the deal is. And so got really close to it. And so Ian Robert even said $44 million fully guaranteed converting to $50 million in April of 2027 when his $19.15 million for 2025 actually wasn’t guaranteed. And then he has a $30 million signing bonus as well. And then Daniel CI pointed out that it sounds like Terry McLaren doesn’t have any guaranteed money beyond that 50 million just to let you know. And he’s the 10th highest paid wide receiver by APY and he’s the 16th tied for 16th in total guarantees. So even after he just signed his contract today and typically when a big-time player signs a new contract typically they reset the market or at the very least get close to it. Terry Mcloin is 16th out of all wide receivers in the NFL in guaranteed money. and he signed his contract most recently. Like Adam Peters, I mean, he hit a home run on this deal, man. The fact that Terry McQueen is happy with this deal. Everybody wins. We’re going to dive into that soon. I want to definitely dive into why everybody wins in this situation. But we got to talk about now cuz we talked about how Terry seemed like he won a couple of days ago, but now we get to actually see that Adam Peters really won. I mean, Grant Pollson even pointed out the fact that the $44 million that Terry McLaren was guaranteed at signing ranks 10th among wide receivers and is $16 million below his closest production comp, which is DK Metaf. And again, DK Metaf isn’t even getting a lot of guaranteed money compared to a lot of the top receivers in the NFL. Again, that’s why Terry ranks 16th in guaranteed money right now. But he said he did well considering what wide receivers his age have gotten. But the team has to be very happy with how the deal turned out in the end. And that’s a good point. Terry Mcloin’s age definitely plays a factor in the guaranteed money. That’s why Adam Peters was able to get Terry Mcloin to agree such low guaranteed money because I mean he’ll be 33 34 by the time this contract ultimately ends. And again, I want to remind y’all that that 44 million guaranteed that he ended up getting is closer to the Sutton deal that he has $41 million guaranteed. So that actually ended up being used as the reference point as to what contract Terry McLaren would end up getting. And then Josh Taylor, shouts out to him with this picture included. He went to spot track to get even more details about the contract. McLaren’s cat pit in 2025 is only $17.5 million. How did they do that? And then he’s only an $18.3 million cat in 2026. Like, how did they get away with this? How did Brandon Sausna do this? You can even see right after that there’s a potential out in 2027 with only $18 million worth of dig cap if that’s what you want to do. I feel like Terry McCoy is still going to be playing well enough that by the time we get to 2027 and he is a $34 million cap hit, he’ll still be worth it. But ultimately before that 2027 season hits, they could get out of it for only $18 million worth of dick cap rather than him being a $34 million um cap hit. So they could save $16 million cutting him after the 2026 season and then he’ll be no type of cat hit in 2028 if they were to cut him going into that 2027 season. So they could completely cut ties right there. Wipe their hands clean if he does have some type of drop off in production, athleticism, whatever. I don’t think he will, but this contract is set up beautifully. Like everything else we already talked about, yeah, it sounds like Adam Peters won. That’s cool and all, but nah. like Brandon Sa, Adam Peters, whatever they did. I mean, they really killed it with this contract. I feel like Brandon Sa definitely deserves a round of applause because he is the contract guy. And this is set up so ridiculously well for the commanders. It’s even better than anything I imagine. This deal, especially as far as the commanders are concerned capitwise, when they can get out of the deal and stuff like that, is way more advantageous for the commanders, Adam Peters and Brandon SNA, than I ever thought it would be. I mean, this is insane. Now, shouts out to Terry McLaren. I’m happy that he’s happy with this deal, but I know the Commanders are super happy. It’s literally only like the first two deals that are actually really guaranteed. And again, going into that 2027 season, after the 2026 season, you can ultimately get out of it. If you feel like Terry Mccoin isn’t worth it, I hope he is worth it. But this deal is perfect. If Terry Mcloin’s balling out, cool, pay him. He’ll by then, once he’s hitting for $34 million against the cap, he still probably won’t even be top 20 in wide receiver paid money. So even by then, he still won’t even be like ex that expensive relative to other wide receivers in the NFL. And then if he’s not that good, you can just cut him and you don’t have to worry about it. But again, I don’t like to I don’t even want to speak that into existence. I’m hoping Terry McLaren balls out through this entirety of the contract and then we end up having to sign him to another one. That’s ultimately the goal, even though not very likely, especially with the fact that he’ll be like 33, 34 by that time. But shouts out to Mason Kenahan. He pointed out the fact that pretty much only two guaranteed years for Terry McLaren like we just dove into. And it’s a big potential out for the Washington Commanders before the 2027 season. He’ll be entering age 32 that year. So he’s turning 30 this year. He’ll be 32 if they want to get out of that contract in 2027. And then if he ends up going through all the way through the contract, he’ll be entering his age 34 year. We’ll see what happens by then. And then also just to point out the fact that you know that 2027 out that could they probably structured it in that way because that’s when that Jayen Daniels extension may be creeping up and he’s going to set an NFL record for the most money that any player has ever gotten in NFL history. I’m telling y’all that right now. And so the Commanders have flexibility to where if McLaren isn’t looking as good as they hope at that point in time by the time he’s going into his age 32 season, they can cut him, save some money, put that money towards Jayen Daniels. I wouldn’t be surprised if they start demanding everybody take some sort of a pay cut by the time we pay Jayen Daniels, man. Cuz he’s going to end up eating so much of the cap space that other guys are going to have to take some sort of a pay cut just to be a part of this team. Some guys may not necessarily want to, which is why our Super Bowl window is wide open right now until we get to 2027 when we’re worrying about having to pay Jayen Daniels. So, let’s go ahead and win a Super Bowl right now before we get to that point. And then, shouts out to Burgundy Blog. He brings up great points. He said the Terry McLaren contract looks better and better for the team the more you digest it. Small price to keep him happy. Modest raise only guaranteed a season and a half honestly and he just needs to be a top 20 wide receiver one for two years. Then the team is in full control and ultimately he just wanted a big fresh chunk of money up front. That’s what it basically seems like cuz that’s the only thing he really won in the situation that he gets a little bit more money now but the commanders win everything long term. He also said mcccluren details of are of course out and Buddy Baker and Adam Peters both won the deal. Baker won the headline but Peters definitely won the negotiation. I completely agree. Then Galdi said the real non-agent leak terms of the Terry Mcloin extension are out. Technically he’s only being paid 29 million a year not 32. The money is fully guaranteed at signing which is that’s only 44 million. And this is basically a pay as you go type of contract. Buddy Baker had his day on Monday, but Adam Peters definitely had his way. And again, going back to the nil guy earlier that they let at Buddy Baker have the headline on Monday. Let him do his little celebration and parade. But ultimately, the commanders don’t need have a reason to really try to stroke their own ego and gloat about the fact that they actually won the contract. They’ll let that show in the details for those who need to know, they know. And at the end of the day, man, really honestly, everybody won. Terry won, AP won. Everybody is happy with this situation. and it’s a perfect middle. But now we got to talk about why the fans and the commanders team wins on the field. John K even said in the last several days, Washington’s offense welcomed back left guard Brandon Comey, your starter left guard, saw wide receiver Noah Brown look good in pregame workout reps before that Ravens preseason game. He’s expected to play versus the New York Giants on week one. And now they get Terry McCorin back. An uneven summer at best for the offense now takes a positive turn for the Commanders. And honestly, right now, we’re the healthiest and best we’ve been all off season. And you saw what we did to the Bengals in that one drive that Terry that Jaden Dains was out there. Imagine what it’s going to be like when we’re fully loaded on the in the entire offense outside of Samuel Cosby being on the pub list. Also, Disco brought up the point that the McLaren extension is important in that with limited draft picks next season, only two in the top 100, now Peters doesn’t have to reach for a wide receiver in the first or third round. And I like that. I thought that was a great point right there. So, thank goodness we have Terry McGloin sign longterm. We still got to figure out Debo Samuel after this season. But hey, man, that’s a good problem to have. Hopefully, we go he balls out, we win a Super Bowl, and then we worry about that after that. Also, shouts out to Jay Daniels MVP for pointing out that the passer rating between Jayen Daniels and Terry McLaren in 2024 was a 30.4. That is the best single season passer rating among a quarterback and wide receiver duo or just receiver duo in general since Tom Brady and Rob Gronowski in 2012. like Jaden Daniels and Terry McLaren need each other. I feel like that’s the best way to explain that. So Jaden Daniels is of course very happy about the situation. Jaden Daniels wins. Also 33 pointed out the fact that since 2020, Terry Mcloin has just 17 drops on 633 targets for a 2.7% drop rate. Only DeAndre Hopkins, Tyler Boyd, Aman Ron St. Brown, and Jacobe Myers have lower drop rates among wide receivers with 350 plus targets in the last five years, bro. And then you even have ML Football coming out with a list of the top hands in the NFL. And now granted, if we’re specifically talking about hands, I wouldn’t necessarily put Terry Mcloin in the top conversation there cuz I mean, he uses his body to catch a lot of passes, but at the end of the day, he comes down with them. If you’re talking about the best catchers, then yes, Terry Mcloin is top two. And honestly, statistically, he’s number one in a lot of different stats, like four or five different advanced stats. Terry Mcloin is the best contested catch receiver in the NFL. But when you’re talking about pure hands, I don’t know about that to be honest with you. But top catchers, yes, for sure. And now, I mean, of course, I want to know how y’all feel about this in the in the comments section. And we talked about this on the Commanders Kings. Is this the best wide receiver duo since Deshawn Jackson and PR Garson when they had Kurt Cousins? They even had Jordan Reed back then, too. So, I guess you could throw Zacks in there. And honestly, I even want to know, is this better? Because out of all four wide receivers, if you’re throwing Terry Mclloren, Debo Samuel, Deshawn Jackson, and PR Garson in one bucket, Terry McLaren is the best receiver out of all four of those guys. And then at that point, you got to figure out, okay, how high are you on Debo Samuel compared to Deshawn Jackson and PR Garson. I think honestly ultimately this duo will be better than that. Um I I think I think it’s all ceiling. Of course, we haven’t seen them go out there together yet, but I think especially with Jayen Daniels at quarterback instead of Kurt Cousins. And I love Jordan Reed, you know, on a per snap basis when healthy. He has he had one of the highest ceilings in the entire NFL when he was healthy at tight end. But Zach is more dependable. He gave you 20 games last season. So, I ultimately like this group of Terry Mcloin, Debo Samuel, and Zach over what we had in Deshawn Jackson, PR Gone, and Jordan Reed. Ultimately, I definitely do. But I want to know how y’all feel about it. I’m telling y’all. And I feel like Jayen Daniels plays a large role in that. Jayden Daniels is clearly better than Kurt Cousins, which is why their ceiling can be so high as well. And then also other deals getting done, man. It’s not just Terry McLaren, Trey Hendrickson, James Cook, all of those deals got done. What’s crazy though is that Michael Parsons still isn’t done. And he has just over a week before to finally get that deal done. So the Cowboys are in trouble where you had the whole Terry McLaren saga going. James Cook, my Georgia dog, over there with the Bills. Trey Hendrickson with the Bengals. Even though Trey Hendrickson’s deal ended up only being like a one-year deal. It like that was an ugly little deal just to kind of all right, here like here just just come back and play this year. We’ll figure it out next year. Probably going to go through the same thing next year. I don’t even know why Trey Hendrickson agreed to that. But either way, everybody all of the chaos and drama that was going on, everybody’s done except for Michael Parsons with the Cowboys. And I told y’all that Michael Parson’s Cowboy situation was worse than all of ours. So, I’m not surprised that Oh, I just saw that Cal Hamilton just got a $100 million deal with the Ravens. Shouts out to my dog, man. I know he went to Notre Dame, but he’s from Atlanta. So, I’ve been rooting for him since he’s been in high school, and I’m happy to see him get that big money with the Ravens. But out of the way, man, Cowboys are in trouble with Michael Parsons, man. That situation is really ugly. I mean, there’s a chance that some people think he may not even play week one. We’ll see how far he’s willing to take that. And then an NFL executive even told Da Rsini that like quote, “It took six months to land here,” unquote with the whole Trey Hendrickson and Terry McLaren situation. He was like, “Yo, it took us six months to do this. Y’all could have done this deal a long time ago. It took so long.” But Chad Ryan brought up an interesting point. He said the Terry McLaren and Trey Hendrickson, the fact that they both signed as soon as the preseason was over, he said, “These cats think they’re slick, but from one person with ADHD who has perfected avoidant work to these others, I recognize what you did.” And he’s basically insinuating that these guys did whatever they could to just make sure they didn’t have to play in the preseason, didn’t have to participate in training camp practices, and then they pull up with their new deals as soon as it’s time to get ready for the regular season, avoiding to have to go through any extra reps unnecessarily and potentially even get themselves hurt as well on top of that, but also maybe they just didn’t feel like it. And then before we go as well, just a few other updates and just interesting notes. Nick Javala pointed out the fact that Terry Mclloren’s six seasons in Washington have included two team owners, which is insane in itself. Three team names, that’s even probably more insane. Then six federal and NFLled investigations on the team and his previous owner. I mean, come on now. Four head coaches, including an interim, four offensive coordinators, insane, and 11 starting quarterbacks. Bro, none of those stats are even mildly okay. None of them. Also, didn’t Day pointed out the fact that Terry Mclloren’s props right now, according to Bet MGM for regular season reception yards are 990.5. I’m betting the over on that all day. I need to go do that immediately as soon as I’m done recording this video. And his regular season reception touchdowns are 6 and a half. You saw what he did last year. I’m super betting the over on that as well. This is free money right now, y’all. That is incredible how much bet MGM is downplaying Terry McCorin’s potential season. Man, I know we have a lot of miles to feed. You have you have Debo Samuel. You have Zack Z, you have all these other guys, Noah Brown, Jaylen Lane, you have Jakori Crossky Merit that’s going to gonna be running the ball. You have Jayen Daniels himself that’s going to be running the ball a lot as well. But I still think Terry McQueen, if anything, is going to benefit more from it and have an even better season this year than he had last year because defenses can’t focus solely on stopping him. All of that hype that Quon Mitchell was getting last year, he always had safety help. Mike Sanill didn’t, which is why I still feel like Mike Sanill is the better of the two players cuz Mike Sanill didn’t have safety help. I mean his first game at outside corner in his life and they throw him out there no safety help against Jamar Chase week three of the regular season. Quan Mitchell always had safety help and the one time he didn’t you saw Terry McLaren beat him so bad on the route for a touchdown that Quan Mitchell wasn’t even on the screen. So the fact that defenses won’t be able to do that anymore to Terry McLaren with the safety help, you know, leaning his way. You’re going to have to focus on other things. I think Terry McLaren is really going to eat off of that. And I know it’s more mouths to feed, but it’s also more things for a defense to worry about. and Terry McLaren is going to perform even better and be even more productive this year because of it. But yeah, man, that’s the end of this video, man. Every question that I asked y’all, how do y’all feel about just the bed and over and under as far as like reception yards and touchdowns for Terry McLaren? Who do you feel like most won this trade? But do you agree with me that really everybody won it? Also, let me know how you feel about like is is this Terry McCoy, Debo, Samuel Duo better than potentially PR Garson and Deshawn Jackson, even excluding the quarterback situations. Let me know how you feel about all of that. Really appreciate y’all again. Leave a like on the way out. I’m going hit y’all later with some breakdowns of everything that goes down to the AP supposed to speak to the media. Dan Quinn, I believe, and even Terry McCloin after practice as well. So stay tuned. I’ll give y’all updates on all of that. Appreciate y’all. I’m out. Oh yeah. [Music] You’re alive. [Music] That’s right. Oh yeah.

  1. Ap did his thing this deal is a win for the organization, Terry, and us as fans, he gotta put in work for that check and I love it!!

  2. How was AP being disrespectful when his contract for this year was only 15.5 mil snd it wasn’t even guaranteed. So below 24 mil is disrespectful 🤔

  3. Rico continues to brings us statistics, notes, and factors that none of these other people are doing this dude is on one. Best Washington Commander's channel out there💯

  4. To make these numbers all Terry needs for 17 games is 5 catches a game. 80 yards per game will have him at 1300+ yards. Ten TDs is doable since he just had 13…he should make his incentives NP!

  5. AP wins…44 guaranteed and the rest is funny money. 30 mil signing bonus wont hit til 2027… he cried for nothing; especially if we back here after that signing bonus dries up in two years. We need Terry but i dont think this is the last time Terry frustrations and ankle flare ups plague the team. i am certain AP will not have the patience or pose to go through this with Terry again.

  6. I have a serious question if terry goes for 1k plus yards the next three years would that put him on the path to the Hof ? Besides maybe a Ryan K and should of be Trent as well ion know who we have that would even be in that conversation at any point after their careers?

  7. Rico, I trust Terry. Terry said he is very happy with the deal. In the end, the only person that knows what he want to put into his pocket and bank account is Terry. So, none of this other stuff really matters. I think Terry knows all the ins and outs of this deal and he is ready to do whatever it takes to get the most money for himself out of this deal.

  8. We still need to see the Guaranteed $ per year. Why not show that? The "Summary" tab is the one you wanted to also show as it shows the cap hit each year if he's cut.

  9. Terry, AP, the organization and the fans won. Don't listen to other vloggers who are hating on Terry and didn't even congratulate him. We all know who they are.
