The solution, obviously, is to raise prices and blame the fans.
Sorry guys, had to move away. I would have gone to at least 3 games.
I don’t see why this is news. The Cardinals are a bad team with no players worth seeing in person besides Winn and maybe Gray. Bad teams usually have bad attendance, at one point during the Blues dark days they were offering free food just to get people to games.
A proud fan base knows when to not waste their hard earned money. We aren’t the fucking cubs for Christ sake
Wild that billionaires and their multi-multimillionaire employees think regular folks should pay to watch no matter what…
Team sucks, but I’m still doing my part and attending my average 2.7 games per season

The Cardinals ownership and management created this situation, and I hope they are embarrassed. I honestly believe Bloom can successfully rebuild the franchise, BUT the DeWitts need to stay out of his way.

This reminds me of the 1990-94 era. As a kid at the time for me the Cardinals were well behind the Blues and NBA in the early 90s, it’s getting to be that way again. My kids don’t even an opinion on the Cards, they don’t exist to them.

You left out “once.” As in, “once proud franchise.”
My in-person ball watching began in the 70’s when it cost $2 for a bleacher seat and we could bring in a pony keg of Falstaff … an elderly woman fan would bring fried chicken, and we exchanged beers for chicken. It was shit baseball, and at the time in B2, once in the bleachers you couldn’t go elsewhere in the stadium. Left Field Bleachers, with Lou Brock roaming the field, stealing bases and setting records was glorious.
Best fans in baseball!
Hopefully Victor Scott II can have his base running game translate from the minors

I won’t give DeWitt a dime. It’s that simple. The owners stuck it to the fans on purpose when they renewed Oli, announced Mozeilak was free to stay till his contract was over, and mockingly laughed/ threatened the fans over considering a boycott.
So, we’re done. I hate them and won’t give them anything. They lost me and my family
