Still have 5 players remaining on the 60-day IL who may be activated this season: Dezenzo, Rodgers, Leon, Paredes, and Walter.
Rodgers and Leon would probably be DFA’d once their rehab time is exhausted.
Whitcomb, Corona, VanWey, Hernandez and Rooney are probably the top candidates to be DFA’d to make room when the others are activated. Add Kimbrel to that list if he doesn’t have a few good outings in the next week.
