NBA LIVE! Golden State Warriors vs Toronto Raptors I September 2, 2025 Warriors vs Raptors 2K Live

with these two teams. Grant, fantastic group of passers on each side. They’re just so unselfish. They play for one another. You can see how it keeps the whole team involved. And I’ll tell you what, I just love watching teams that can pass like this. The starters for the Golden State Warriors, Curry and Pods, make up the back court. Draymond Green is out there with Jimmy Butler. And it’s heel in at the three. the small forward. [Applause] Ingram against heel Ingram the pass to Quickly. Here’s Barnes. Back to Purle and the gel by Purle. It seems like YaKob is always ready to attack the rim. He found a nice opening that time outside Pajki. healed from outside. Barnes with the rebound. And I’m surprised that didn’t go down. I mean, I’m sure he is, too. Ingram pass to Quickly. That one falls. Nice feed that time from Ingram. And that’s what they want to do. Get him open looks early. And it’s Green with the ball for the Warriors. It’s a five-point game. And here’s Curry for three. Count it. One for one to start the game. What a response from Curry. Got to know he’s coming for his revenge. Here’s Quickly. Switch outside. Barnes. Pass to Barrett. Picked by Purle. Nice move. Oh, and he got fouled on his way up. He’ll head to the line to shoot two. It goes on Brandon Pajimsky. How about the physicality of Purle? He was ready to absorb that foul. Remember when people were questioning whether the Warriors were truly a dynasty, RJ? I do. And that was erased for good with that championship run in 2022. I still think that that is Steph’s most important championship. That title cemented them as one of the all-time great teams of the last 50 years. No good on that one. So it comes up empty at the line. Grant, would you say the Raptors are in the process of starting over? You know, I certainly don’t think that’s the wrong thing to call it. BA coaching changes, some big trades. They’re shuffling things around and trying to start building something new. And so here is Toronto. The Warriors getting their last shot to go. Pass to Barrett in transition. Here come the Warriors. The Jimsky shot is good. The floater is so tough to defend against. Nothing defenders can really do but shake their heads. Quickly passes to Purle. Back to Quickley. floats one up and he takes it up and lays it in quickly. He’s got five. Starting to find his rhythm. He’s cooking and he knows it. Yeah, when he gets engaged this early in the game, it’s bad news for the defense. He can roll this start throughout the rest of the game. Here’s her hurdle with the block. Something Yak does so well. He’s terrific at positioning himself to come up with these blocks. Outside Pajimsky pass to Hurt and here’s Heield right side. Green back to Heel. Ooh, good finish at the rack off the slick feed. And a little contact never stopped. A committed scorer who knows how to keep his balance on his shot. Barrett with it. And the foul called on RJ Barrett. That’s his first foul of the game. I love great defense. Just quick to establish his feet and he takes the hit. And what a phenomenal replay of that impressive rejection. I mean, letting them know up front that he’s on the hunt tonight and eager to knock away shots. I love it. Golden State has gone one of two from three-point land so far. quickly against Curry outside. Pajki down low. Here’s Green. Can’t cash it in from close range. The Raptors have gone three of four. Off to a nice start. Curry against Quickly, but here’s Ingram outside and again Toronto no good. The Warriors leading outside. Curry. Pass to Green. The teardrop. Rebound for Raleigh. Just enough resistance to force. Almost barely. That’s one he’ll generally make. Barrett passes to Quickly. Here’s Ingram. The layup off target. And it’s Green with the ball for Golden State outside. Pajki. Here’s Herd. He’s guarded by Barnes. And here’s Curry for three. Nails it from beyond the ark. Curry’s got eight. Even a halfcourt shot is a good shot for Curry. That’s how good of a shooter he is. And timeout called by Darko Rayakovic. He’s going to gather the troops and talk it over. And when we talk about players who impact winning, Draymond Green is high on that list, R.J. And the amazing thing, his career scoring average is in the single digits. Draymond does it with his passing and directing the defense and gives his teams energy. Heat. Heat. [Applause] Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Set up the play. Ingram the pass too quickly. Now here’s Purle to the paint. Two shots, two mates. Off to a good start. Oh, fighting for those two. Yaka Purle using that 7 foot one frame. Curry passes to Heel. Back to Curry from deep three-point range. Barnes with the rebound. And the defense dives right there. Not the guy you want to leave open. That ties the game quickly. He’s got eight points. You got to appreciate the consistency night in and night out. He brings it outside. Pajki. They set a pick back to Curry from downtown. They get it back. Oh, he hangs in there and cashes in on the second chance points. And some extra effort from Butler on the glass. He wasn’t going to quit on that possession. Let’s check in with our reporter Ally Leforce. I briefly spoke with Dark Goryakovich. We talked about the task of facing Jimmy Butler, Fiery Wing. Coach said you can talk about the scouting report all you want with Jimmy, but he brings the extra dimension. Butler has the attitude that is unmatched in the league. The passion of Jimmy Butler in full focus tonight, Ryan. Okay, good stuff. Thank you, Ally. Here’s Green. Toronto making their last shot. Oh, and he took a hard foul on the shot. So, he’ll head to the line to shoot a pair. the quintessential blue guy. Green does all the dirty work. You need one of these guys on your team because he has such a diverse skill set. [Applause] The first free throw is good. Dick, he’s checked in for Toronto. That one’s no good. Richard, it comes as no surprise that Golden State is routinely at the top of the league for made threes. That’s how this team has been constructed. They are custom built to rain threes on you and we’ve seen it be very, very effective. Woo! Ba! That’s lit. Ferocious all the way, man. That was good. And I like seeing Green go up for that flush, showing how powerful he can be. Now, here’s Quickly. Give him eight points now. And here’s Ingram outside. Kicks it out to Barnes. There’s the triple. Pajimsky grabs the board. Golden State has gone two of five from deep. Yep, it finally drops after rolling around the rim. Curry’s got 10 points in the game. Well, Curry’s accuracy makes the mid-range easy pick as he just goes up, nails the shot with ease. And here’s Ingram outside. That shot off the mark. He hasn’t been able to find his touch this quarter. Yeah, straight up, guys. Like, he’s ice cold. Like freezing. It’s colder than cold. But you don’t have to shoot it, my guy. It’s okay to pass the ball. Fearless play from Butler. Defenses should know he’s going to try and draw a foul while shooting. These are his first free throws of the game. [Applause] and he knocks down the first one. Moody’s checked in for Stephen Curry. Both good from the line that time. Productive trip to the line. He doesn’t like to leave points on the table. Quickly outside. Pass to Ingram. Purle with a screen on heel. Ingram. The pass to Purle. [Applause] It’s rebounded by Golden State. Now here’s Pajki. [Applause] Outside heel. Here’s Moody. Sinks the 15-footer. You can really feel the momentum swinging in their direction. Yeah, but they can’t relax. They’ve got to keep building on this lead because it is not safe. Back to Quickly and that one is stuffed right through. What a finish. I mean, he just took over himself. What a show of power right there from the point guard, man. Sweet. A point guard getting up like that, boy. That is special. Here’s her. Pass to Green. Here’s her. Rebound. Toronto. Barnes has got four rebounds now. Quickly right side. Barnes passes to Dick. And you can count it. He’ll go to the line with a chance at a three-point play. And they keep trading punches. Both teams in a groove early. You have to think at this point the winner will be the one to settle in on defense. One shot. [Applause] the Warriors leading. Here’s Hurt to the inside. There’s Jackson Davis and he takes the fantastic lead pass up strong for the slam. Selfless play by Butler using the pick and roll to move the defense and get his guy a good look. Here’s Barnes. Jackson Davis grabs a miss. The Warriors lead by four to the middle. Here’s Post. It’s hauled in by Mal Keshi. And now the Raptors on the break. Here’s Barnes. And a foul called on the way up. So he’ll take two from the free throw line. You know, Grant, an underrated area of improvement for Scotty Barnes has been his defense. You’re spot on, BA. I mean, we’ve seen an elevated intensity from him on that end. Finding more denials, attacking the ball, really proving himself as an effective stopper. That one misses. And the Raptors making a change here. Barrett’s checked in. The Warriors also with a sub. Santos has checked in. He hits the second from the line. Golden State has gone two of five from deep. Here’s Hurt guarded by Dick inside. Jackson Davis the shot. No good. Oh, excellent D there from Barnes. Here’s Walter. Up top, Barnes. Lets it go offline from the top of the key. The Warriors lead by three to the right side. Here’s Santos. Parked it down low that time. Got hit with the 3second call. The Raptors shooting a solid 50% in the opening quarter. Now Grady Dick outside Barrett. Nice D from Moody. The Warriors shooting 53% setting the tone right from the opening tip. Back to Jackson Davis. Pass to Hurt. Good work defensively by Dick. Raptors trail by three. Here’s Barrett. It’s rebounded by Golden State. 136 left in the first quarter. Moody with it. Here’s Hurt. Guarded by Dick. Here’s Hurt. Jackson Davis. A’s screen beyond the arc. Her no good. The defense just giving him the easy look there. He’s not going to miss that. Barnes. It’s good. Barnes has got five. And so it’s Golden State with it. 56 seconds left to play in the first quarter. To the inside, they get the rebound. Here’s Post. Another miss. They desperately need a bucket. Toronto trailing outside. Dick. And here is Barrett still without a bucket. Shot clock at six. [Applause] There’s the three. Hurt pulls it in. Hurt’s got four rebounds now. Shot from 16. That shot no good. And he’s very confident from that range. He can’t make him. Stephen Curry getting it done for the Golden State Warriors. He put together 10 points in the quarter. We’ll be right back with you shortly. Some good action already in this one, but a fairly even matchup after this first quarter of play. And from what we’ve seen here from the Warriors, what’s your take so far? Well, we’ve watched them force their way to the line, and it seems to be working so far, especially on the road, you want to come in aggressive. Let everyone in this arena know that you are here to play. So on the floor for Golden State to kick off the second quarter. We’ve got Trace Jackson Davis. Moody is out there with Stephen Curry and it’s Santos in at the three and it’s blocked and here they come. Here’s Post. Uses the glass to finish the layup and the Warriors lead by three. He finds a shooter in motion and is confident he can threat him with the lead pass. Well done. Pass to Abaji, [Applause] RJ. Does playing at a faster pace work the same in the regular season as it does in the playoffs? Depends on the opponent. Teams that like to slow it down and can be methodical in the half court can make it a slugfest. You have to be ready for that. And it’s the Warriors with the ball. Toronto making their last shot outside. Curry launches it from deep. Oh, Curry making it look effortless. This is what Curry does best. He is so creative at getting into rhythm and staying high. Barrett passes to Dick, lets it fly, gets some space, and burries the jumper. Dick’s got five points. Golden State has gotten three of their seven threes to find the net in this matchup. Pass to post. Here’s Santos. So, it’ll be two free throws. He was fouled in the act of shooting. First trip to the free throw line for him in this one. That free throw no good. [Applause] facing the second. We’re about a minute and a half into the second quarter now. A moment to hear from Alli Leforce. The Raptors are still developing. Coach Darko Rayakovic said, “We’re focusing on offensive execution and player development. It’s about what we need to do night in and night out regardless of the opponent. As we grow, we’ll teach more schemes for opponent preparation.” BA step by step. Yeah, it’s a process. Ally, thank you. And we have to take another look at that block. Oh, terrific defensive intensity right there. Getting stops like that is crucial for them right now. Moody with it. Quarter two in about two minutes in. Pass to Santos. Just five on the clock. The three from Curry. Great work from Barrett on defense. Trying to do everything he can to alter the shot. Curry’s shot is off. [Applause] Barrett up top [Applause] to the middle. Here’s Dick. The rebound by Post. Post has got four rebounds in the game. left side. Moody pass to Post. Nails the baby hook. Post has got four points this quarter. Credit their discipline. They’ve been working for high percentage shots. And Darko Rayakovic has called a timeout. He’s going to talk it over with his guys. [Applause] Heat. Heat. [Applause] Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. [Applause] Get off the screen. Warriors on D leading by five. Pass to Barrett and the shot’s good. Barrett’s gotten four this quarter and I love the confidence from Barrett. He enjoys finding room inside and capitalizing. Now here’s Moody guarded by Dick up top. Curry [Applause] and he was fouled while in the act of shooting. So he’ll take two free throws. It’s going to go on RJ Barrett. Well, we might as well count those free throw shots. Curry is automatic at the line. And that one falls for Curry. Well, Richard, with the relocations and the floor he covers, Curry is still an anomaly with his conditioning. Oh, he’s got an offse program that would make other NBA stars tap out, including myself. His conditioning is amongst the best of all time. It wears on you as a defender. Greens checked in for the Warriors. Pajimky comes in for Santos. Good on both. You know, for all the accolades thrown Stephen Curry’s way, Richard, I’ve heard you say he might be the best condition player ever. Absolutely. When you think about all the ground he covers every single game, his stamina is still something that I will always be impressed with. The Warriors lead by five. It’s Pajki on the wing outside. Green pass to Curry. Here’s the three and that comes off the assist by Green. Green’s got three assists now in this one. Such a quick release. As soon as the ball touches his hands, it’s gone. Here’s Walter. No made baskets yet with his first shot attempt. Nice jump shot. Now here’s Curry outside. Green back to Curry. Clock at six. And again, it’s Golden State. I’ll be honest, he’s having a better quarter than a lot of my nights back when I played. Here’s [Applause] shed. He’s covered by Curry from 12 ft. And it’s Shed missing. Might rush that one a little bit. Pretty clean look inside. Pass to Curry now. Pajimi [Music] outside. Green. Here’s Post. Three-pointer. Curry. No good. Raptors trail by eight. Here’s Shed. Here’s Mama Kelli. Moody defends. And the officials will call the illegal screen here. You’re not going to fool the officials too often on an illegal screen. That’s a very avoidable turnover. You got to focus on the details. Jimmy Butler’s checked in for the Warriors. Heel comes in for Moody. The Warriors lead by eight. Pass to Hurt. Curry with it. Fires the three. Easy money for Stephen Curry. Not sure there’s such a thing as a bad three for Steph. And Darko Rayakovic has called a timeout. He wants a few moments to regroup with his players. Man, it’s been quite a game for Stephen Curry. He’ll just keep hurting them from the three-point land if they let him. Here’s a chance for coach to change that. Heat. Heat. All [Applause] right. Abaji’s checked in for Mamu Kelli. Ingram deciding where to go with it. Pass to Dick. Here’s Walter. And so he draws the foul. Headed to the line to shoot a pair. And a moment to check out the scoring breakdown for the Warriors. So far, they haven’t had to force anything. They’re swinging the ball around and turning good passing into points. Another area they’ve excelled in is the points in the paint. They’ve been able to gouge the interior defense so far in this one. And he drops a first. and he makes both free throws. [Applause] The Warriors lead by nine. pass to Hurt. [Applause] Back to Curry. Puts up a three. It’s hauled in by the Raptors. Walter from outside. Sinks it from distance. Walters has got seven points for the quarter. And what kind of defense was that? You can’t give up wide open threes like that. What are you doing? And there’s a whistle. He’ll head to the line to shoot two. That’s on Yakob Purle. I like when Green looks to score. He’s good at putting defenses in a bind. This is his second trip to the line in the game. Free throw. Good. Green. [Applause] And both free throws good for Green. And here’s Quickly. He’ll bring it up for the Raptors. Trailing by eight. Pass to Purle. Back to Quickley. Floats one. The Warriors pull it in. Hurt’s got five rebounds tonight. And here’s Pajki. He’s guarded by Barnes. To the paint. Here’s Hurt. Oh, Butler getting aggressive. When Butler is cleared for takeoff, just get off the runway for Toronto. They’ve gotten five of their first 11 shots to fall here in the second quarter. Here’s Quickly. The Warriors pull it in. Herd’s got six rebounds in the game. [Applause] Out to Heel from outside the ark, bearing his second of three attempts. This is what Heel does. Exceptional at spacing the court with his three-point shooting. Raptors trail by 13 now quickly. He’s got 10. Pass to Dick. Gets stolen by Heel. It’s Pajimsky on the wing. Can’t hit one for two now. The Raptors shooting 42% in the second quarter. Now Grady Dick outside Barnes to stop the run. They get it back. Furle misses from short range. The Warriors lead by 13 down low. Here’s Hurt. Barnes with the rebound. Oh, gritty defense protecting the rim at all costs against a guy who has all sorts of ways to finish. Smooth finish off a terrific feed. Man, the timing and execution couldn’t have been any better right there. Pass to hurt. Outside PJsky. Heel for three. Hurdle grabs a miss. Hurdle’s got six rebounds now in the game. Here’s Ingram and he drains the quick shot. The versatile nature of Ingram shooting can be tough to counter. Even the mid-range is a good option for him. And during the first few seasons of Emanuel Quickley’s career, he was seen primarily as a scorer. Grant. Yes. But recently has blossomed into a more versatile threat. The leap we’ve seen in his passing has been especially impressive. He’s a player to watch out for moving forward. Here’s Purle after the Warriors picking up a basket just a moment ago. Barnes feeling it out a bit. Back to Purle and it’s Jimmy Butler with the foul. That’s his first foul of the game. That was a good call. The defense wasn’t established. Barretts checked in for Toronto. The Warriors also with a sub. Moody’s checked in for Stephen Curry. [Applause] And here’s Barnes. Seven points in the game. It’s stolen by Green. It’s an even threeon-ree break. It’s not going to go for him. Some solid defense from Ingram. Here’s Barrett. Lays it up and banks it in. Barrett’s got six points. Such a gutsy player. Barrett takes on challenging defenders in style and stays in control. Outside heel. Green. A screen. And it’s heel missing. He didn’t make them pay for that weak defense, but they just can’t rely on him to miss those kind of shots. Draymond driving to the rim. That one goes in. Green’s gotten four this quarter. A relentless drive by Green. He wasn’t going to slow down for anyone. Pass to Barnes. Fires from deep. Knocks down the long K. Pick works well there, but the defense left a lot to be desired. Yeah, that just comes down to a lack of effort. The defender has to do a better job fighting through the screen. Now here’s Green. Seven points in the game. Hurt. No good. Outside. Barnes. Quickly with the ball. Fires for three. And the rebound goes to the Warriors. 110 left in the second period. Has to hurt. Here’s Heel. Oh, a clear foul there on the miss shot. So, he’ll get a pair at the line. He has bounced around for a while now, but he’s still a deadly shooter. Richard Heield is the definition of a shooter for hire. He’s a mercenary. When he’s on the floor, he’s looking to pull up from deep. That’s what he’s paid to do. He’s been an elite shooter his whole career. And the first one at the line is good. Guys like Buddy Hill, knock down shooters. They are in high demand around the league. Walter, he’s checked in for Purle. [Applause] Field hits them both. And here’s Quickly. He’ll bring it up for Toronto. It’s a 10-point game. And he breaks this game a little closer using a huge oneand slam. That’s a great way to get your team back into it. outside. Moody pass to Heel. [Applause] Now here’s Pajki. Here’s Hurt. Ooh, a little luck that time as it drops. Hurt’s got eight points. Just continuing to pile it on, refusing to let up. If he has space in the mid-range, he’ll let it fly. Doesn’t matter if the score is tied or they are up big. Now here’s Quickly. He’s got 10 outside Ingram. Shot clock at five. It’s rebounded by Golden State. Herz’s got rebound number seven tonight. And the jumper is good at the free throw line. And now it’s a 12-point Warrior lead. If you’re defending Butler, you throw up your hands when he makes a pull up. It’s just not fair. Outside Ingram. And so it’s the Golden State Warriors now holding a 12-point lead at quarter’s end. We hear teams talk about wanting to get the ball inside, but this is how you do it. And don’t go far. We’ll be right back. [Applause] [Music] And with a big gap on the scoreboard, the second half begins with very different goals for these teams. One side trying to mount a comeback, one side trying to protect their lead. Stephen Curry having a dominant impact in this game. Well, if he’s hit threes like he did in the first half, he’s going to have a monster night. And let’s see if the D adjusts make life a little more difficult on him. Raptors trail by 12. Barnes and Purle down low at the four and five. Quickly and Barrett, they’re the backourt duo. And it’s Ingram and at the three slot. That’s the group starting the second half for Darko Rayakovich. Outside Barnes, the offensive rebound. Ingram pass to Purle. Tries again. Good. Purle’s got eight. Is one of Purle’s greatest strength, his offensive rebound. He just has a nose for finding second chance points. Green against Purle. Pass to Green to the paint and Butler inside and just not letting up at all. I mean, you have to love this approach. You want to get the ball to the guys who make plays. This is when good players really get after it. He can sense that they’re reeling and he’s gonna put his foot on the pedal. [Applause] Barnes in the post defended by Pachimsky and he’s going to the line for two. The officials saw contact while he was going up. He’s made one and missed one so far at the line. The first one falls. [Applause] Both free throws good from Barnes. A little over a minute gone here in the second half. To the middle. It’s stolen by Ingram and the rebound goes to the Warriors. 13 points was their biggest lead of the game. Gives us a chance to catch up with Alli Leforce. Guys, Scotty Barnes said, “My game starts on the defensive end, guarding anybody and taking pride in it. That leads to great offense in transition and just leads me to stay in lockdown throughout the game.” Brian and Ally for all his offensive gifts, that focus on defense is what makes him special. Hurdle, the pass to Barnes, the three. Barrett drops in the three. Barrett’s got nine. You got to like the quick decision making from Barrett. Not even hesitating at all off the catch. Pass to Pajimsky. Back to Heel. Outside Pajimsky. Six on the shot clock. Green with a screen on Barrett. Here’s PMski. Oh, a beautiful reverse layup. He has six. His nimleness makes him a unique threat at the rim. Second half of play here. We’re just under 2 and 1/2 minutes past the three. Barrett and the Raptors. Another three. Yeah, this is the kind of scoreer Barrett can be. When he’s playing to his strengths, he can catch fire. Has to hurt outside with the drive. Uses the glass on the layup and the Warriors lead by 10. And trust me, when the D’s slow to react, he’ll be the first guy to make them pay. Yeah, they’re going to do a much better job of putting a little bit of pressure on him on his way to the hoop. And timeout called by Darko Rayakovic. He’ll take the opportunity to regroup. [Applause] Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. [Applause] Heat. [Applause] Heat. Clock keeps going. 3 minutes into the second half now. Back to Barrett. Picked by Purle. Barrett passes to Purle and he takes it in for the layup off a very nice feed. Purdle’s got four points now in the quarter. Has to hurt. Curry against quickly. Oh, Curry a magician inside. Not just the jump shooter. Curry is so creative at figuring out little ways to score inside. Up top Barnes. back to quickly and he got the whistle on the way up so he’ll be headed to the line for a pair. It’s on Stephen Curry. Heading play to stop that easy layup right there. I mean, make him earn it at the line. It’s his first trip to the line. First free throw is good. And that one goes in. Two from the line that time. [Applause] The Warriors lead by eight. Pass to Hurt. Rebound. Toronto. Barnes has got doubledigit rebounds now in the game. outside. Ingram picked by Purle looking to get back on track and the jumper is on the mark. Ingram’s got his second basket. Here’s Green. He has seven. After a trade to New Orleans back in 2019, Brandon Ingram has become a primary scorer. Green. Yeah, he scored well over 20 points per game since leaving the Lakers. BI has the rare blend of length and shooting and beyond scoring, England’s assist numbers are very impressive, too. You got to move past that one. I mean, they’d want him to take that again. Yeah, it’s a great look for him. One they’ll try and manufacture again. Those are the shots you want him to take quickly. Passes to Ingram. Hurdle with a screen on heel. Six to shoot. 19-footer. The shot by Ingram. No good. The Warriors lead by six. [Applause] Here’s her. He’s got 12. Here’s Green. Now it is off. Ooh, excellent D there from Barnes. [Applause] To the inside and Purle gets it to go on the assist from Barnes. Purdle’s got six here in the quarter. Yeah, Yakob is on a roll offensively. The defense needs to double their efforts to slow down this big man. Might want to send a double. Green with a screen on quickly. Curry shot his own. The Raptors have gone six for nine in the half. Quickly passes to Purle. Inside, they swipe it and Steve Kerr calls timeout here. I think right now he must be looking at some adjustments. Things just aren’t going their way. He clearly wants to talk it over. Good timeout if you ask me. They have the momentum and coach wants to find a way to try and stop it. [Applause] Heat. [Applause] Heat. [Applause] Heat. Heat. [Applause] [Applause] And the Warriors making a switch here. The Warriors lead by four outside. Green. They still need this. Can he comes up with a bucket? Green’s got nine points. pick works well there, but the defense left a lot to be desired. Yeah, that just comes down to a lack of effort. The defender has to do a better job fighting through the screen. Now, here’s Barrett. 12 points for him. And the Raptors getting another bucket right there. Yeah, this is what Barrett does best. A talented scorer who keeps things simple on the offensive end. [Applause] on the wing. Green is guarded by Barnes and Post gets it to go. They allowed him to establish deep position. You just can’t do that. And they need better team defense. How about your man in the post? It takes multiple guys to stop him. Now here’s Quickly outside Ingram to the paint. Here’s Purle and the layup falls. Burle’s got eight points in the quarter. Moving so well for his size. Yakim is fantastic in that twoman action. Pass to hurt. It’s stolen by Ingram. Oh, and there’s the whistle on the shot. So, two free throws for him coming up. These are his first free throws of the game. That free throw good from Ingram. Toronto making a switch here. Dicks checked in. Both free throws good from Ingram. And so it’s Golden State with it. To the inside. Pajimki. It’s rebounded by Barrett. The Raptors have gotten eight of 11 shots to go in. Efficient so far in the third. Picked by Purle down low. He nails it and we’re tied. Purle’s got 16 points. Nice bucket. Yakob with good size and he knows how to use it. Outside Pajki. [Applause] Green a screen with the tear drop. The shot by Pajki. No good. And the shooter had very little space on that attempt. I’m sure they’ll think twice about shooting against him next time. Outside Barnes back to Barrett. Here’s Dick. Offensive rebound. Purdle with the bucket. He’s got a knack for those putbacks. So you have to be aware of that defensively. Get a body on him. The Warriors have gone seven of 13 in the second half. [Applause] Outside Pajki looking to win the run. Burle grabs a miss and Baron has got the ball here for Toronto. The lead is two outside Barnes. Here’s Dick. Three-pointer. No good. Well, the Warriors shooting at a respectable 49%. Here’s Hurt covered by Ingram [Applause] Butler. He’s too much close to the rim. Putting his body to work in the paint. Butler using his athletic skills to get it done. Outside Barnes outside Dick. The rebound by Post. Post has got six rebounds now in the game. Here’s Green. Oh, excellent D there from Barnes. Toronto has gone two for five from three since halftime. Pass to Barrett. Ooh, he’s found his rhythm. Seven for 10 and counting. Keeping pace here. That’s an excellent move inside the Warriors trailing outside. by Pajki [Applause] to the middle. It’s stolen by Purle outside. Ingram outside Barrett pass to Dick takes the three. Long target from range and now a five-point Toronto lead. And I love Dick’s aggressive mindset. I mean, this is how lethal he can be catching and firing. Let’s find out the news on Stephen Curry. Ally, what do you have? Thanks, guys. I just talked with the Warriors head athletic trainer. He says they’re concerned this is a serious injury and it’s going to keep him out of the rotation. Okay, thanks for the update. Good to get that information. Now, we know how things are coming along, Grant. That’s true. It’s the uncertainty factor with injuries that can be so hard to handle and you never want to speculate. So, it’s nice for us and especially his teammates to get some fouls. Oh, again, Toronto with a triple. I’ll tell you, Grady Dick can shoot for days. I mean, his confidence from beyond the ark is really incredible. Pass to Moody. [Applause] Here’s Post covered by Purle. Here’s her. Five on the clock. Oh, he connects his seventh basket. He’s seven of 15 now. A guy like Butler will do whatever he has to to find points. He always makes the effort out there on the floor. Now Purle. The three from Barnes. Rebounded by Green. Warriors trail by three. Pass to Hurt. [Applause] Butler takes it in and the shot goes. Herz’s got eight points here in the quarter. On the drive, Butler can be so sudden the moment he sees an opening, he just takes off. Now here’s Ingram tightly guarded. [Applause] Oh, trains the 19-footer. Ingram’s got eight. And we’ve just finished the third quarter. What a tight game we’ve got going. Toronto out in front. They lead by three. And we’re coming back in just a moment. Get ready for the fourth quarter when we return. All right, let’s take a look at our assist of the game presented by State Farm. You can count on him to deliver a few assists like this one each and every night. And the ability to drop your jaw with the pass is something you rarely see in this league. What a talent he is. Three t quarters behind us, one more to go. Thanks for being with us as we get ready for the fourth. So on the floor for Golden State, Stephen Curry is out there with Moody. Then it’s Trace Jackson Davis and it’s post in at the five down low. Right side Curry five to shoot. Can’t connect from short range. Toronto leading by three. Here’s Mama Kellishes. [Applause] And the rebound goes to the Warriors. Post has got rebound number seven tonight. Inside. Ooh. who anticipated the pass. It’s a turnover outside Dick pass to shed. Here’s Mama Kellishi. Walter from outside connects from downtown and the Raptors lead by six. He can really stroke it from deep. You have to keep better tabs on him. And here’s Moody. Now Jackson Davis for three. Santos good. And that’s how you up the ante. Come right back at him. Yeah, I love the competitive fire right there. You drain a triple on us and I’m coming for my revenge. Here’s Walter. Pass to shed to the paint. Here’s Dick and there’s the slam. dump to finish it off. They’re going at it on offense. Neither team backing down. Man, this has been a fun one. But look, who doesn’t want a high-scoring game? Now here’s Curry. The three ball. It’s hauled in by Mama Kelli. And he almost made them regret defending him so loosely. [Applause] Passed. Here’s Abaji covered by Jackson Davis. Kabaji pass to Dick. Shoots it from the high post. The Warriors pull it in outside. Moody. A touch under two and a half minutes of pass now here in the fourth. Post and counted from 12 ft. Raptors lead by three. Here’s shed. Pass to Dick from the arc. Pure from three-point range. Dick’s got 11 in the second half. Golden State has gone one of two from deep in this quarter to the inside. Close in. Moses Moody. An absolute superb facilitator because Curry is such a lights out shooter. It opens up passing lanes for him. Pass to Abaji. Here’s Shed. Dick with it. Over Moody. Dick with a miss. Warriors trail by four. [Applause] Here’s Santos. Moody with it. Cartered by Dick down low outside. Curry. There’s a screen. fires it. Gets rebounded by Dick. Toronto’s gone two of two from outside so far in the fourth. Pass to shed. Now here’s Dick. Fires the three. Jackson Davis grabs a miss. Jackson Davis has got four rebounds now. Here’s Post. Here’s Santos. Three-pointer off the mark. And the defense got away with one there. I mean, that’s the shot he typically makes. And again, no good by Toronto. Warriors trail by four. Pass to Moody. Now here’s Jackson Davis. It’s hauled in by Mamo Keselli. Mamo Kelli’s got six rebounds now in the game and it’s Dick off the drive. Santos pulls it in. The Warriors have gotten three of eight shot attempts to find the net here in the fourth quarter. Up top, Jackson Davis. Here’s Post. Lets the three fly and Curry is good for three. Curry’s got 30 points and this is just typical of him always making an impact at crucial moments in the game and his team needs every bit of his production if they want to pull this one out. It is neck and neck here in the final period. And Curry’s got the ball here for Golden State. They’ve given up just eight points in the fourth to take the lead. And it’s Toronto with a rebound. Here’s Walter. Pass to Shed. Now Brady Dick. Here’s Shed to get back on track and the Raptors miss again. Outside Booty. Oh, a flawless finish on the line. Neither team able to take a hold of this game. Yeah, it’s been a tight one. Numerous lead changes, very competitive. Pass to Aaji. Here’s Shed. He’s covered by Curry. Moody with it. [Applause] Gets rebounded by Dick. Toronto trailing. Here’s Shed. Now Brady Dicky defends from the high post and all around the rim that time before dropping. Dick’s got seven points for the quarter. Certainly he has the ability to take over games. Dick’s doing it early in his career. And Steve Kerr calls timeout here. He’s looking to make some very important adjustments here. [Applause] Heat. [Applause] Heat. [Applause] Heat up [Applause] here. [Applause] A line change here for Toronto and a new group getting ready for the Warriors. All right, let’s get a report from Ally. During that break, coach Steve Kerr had some advice for the team. He laid into the team about being overaggressive. He said, quote, “You’re letting them get to the line as much as they want. We’ve got to dial back some of the physicality because it’s getting us in trouble, guys. Let’s see if they can ease up here.” All right, Ally, thanks once again on the wing. Curry and he hits it from 9 ft. Curry’s got 32 points in the game. Yeah, the sweet looking jumper of Steph. It just looks so pure coming out of his hands. Hurle the pass to Quickley. [Applause] Here’s Barrett. The Warriors pull it in. Hurts got nine rebounds now. Jimmy Buckets locked in. I wouldn’t say Butler seeks contact, but he sure doesn’t turn it down. Barrett with it [Applause] inside. Tipped right side. Pajimki. Some solid defense from Barrett. Raptors trail by three. The floater kicks it to Quickley. Takes a three and the rebound goes to the Warriors. Green’s got six rebounds in the game. Jacks up a three. The shot by Pajimsky. No good. Toronto has gone two of six so far in the fourth. Quickly with the ball now guarded by Curry and Purle gets it to go on the assist by Quickley. Quickley’s got six assists now in the game. The Warriors have gotten seven of 16 attempts to drop since the start of the fourth. Back to Curry. Nice assist and nice finish. Solid play all the way around. Curry’s got seven points for the quarter and so quickly will bring it up for the Raptors. Outside Ingram up top Barnes [Applause] left side Ingram drills it from deep and it’s a tie ball game and this guy is just a gamer. England doesn’t feel pressure. He embraces the moment taking and making important shots. Now here’s Curry outside heel. The three is up and it’s good. Assisting on the play was Curry. Curry’s got three assists in the game. This situation does not matter for Buddy Heield. He is a fearless shooter and comes up big for his team right there. Ingram against Heel. Here’s the floater. They get it back. The basket drops and he gets fouled on the shot. One free throw coming his way. That’ll drive your coach crazy. Failing to box out. Oh yeah. You think you got to stop and it’s wasted because of sloppy work on the glass. You literally practice that every day. [Music] Golden State has gone three of seven from the perimeter during the fourth. Pass to Heel. Launches a three and the Warriors with another three. You should be looking for him. What a great pass. And timeout called by Darko Rayakovic. He wants to make sure they’re purposeful with the game plan. Heat. [Applause] Heat. Ready? Let’s go. Heat. Heat. [Applause] Raptors trail by three. Quickly passes to Purle. Back to Quickley from deep and that one goes. He’s shooting five of nine in this one. They don’t lean on Purle for facilitation, but he’s certainly not selfish with the ball. Here’s Curry. A minute 58 left in the final quarter. Releases. Boy, he flanks that one off the back iron and it falls. Curry’s got 36 points. And Steph relishes taking key shots. It’s what he’s out there to do. Screen on Curry. Here’s Ingram. Jimmy Butler with a rebound. Golden State has gone four of eight from three-point land during the fourth. Curry shot his own and it’s Toronto’s ball. Quickly outside and the gohead bucket. No good. Ooh, that’s a tough break. After poor communication defensively, it leaves him all by himself. And the basket by Heel. This is why you turn to Heel. Another huge moment for him there. Now here’s Ingram. Can’t connect from 14 [Applause] outside. Heel has to hurt outside. Curry the three gets the three to fall. Curry’s got 39. Yeah, it’s easy to see why they go to him so often because they know they can depend on him to come through for him. Ingram against Heel and again Toronto no good outside Green. Here’s Hurt. He’s guarded by Barnes. Hurt no good. And Ingram has got the ball here for the Raptors. They trail by seven. Kicks it out to Barrett. Now 5 seconds separating the shot clock and the game clock. Shoots over Curry. Barrett can’t hit. And so the Warriors take the win. Just a gutsy performance on the road. It really was. When this one was up in the air late, they showed how tough- minded they are as a team. All right, now let’s check in with Ally Leforce. Ally, what do you have? Jimmy, a strong finish to close it out. What was the difference? Um, being a lot more aggressive. Obviously made some shots, but I think in the end we guarded well and we executed on offense and we made some shots. It always comes down to great defense. Thanks, Jimmy. All right, Ally. Good stuff there. Thanks for that. And that’s going to do it tonight, folks, for our broadcast for Grant Hill.
