What If Michael Jordan Never Played With Chicago?

Michael Jordan should have never went to the Bulls. Instead, in 1984, the Blazers draft Jordan at number two and would flip Clyde Drexler to get the rights to Patrick Ewing, pairing the league’s best young guard with the best young Big. By 1990, they finally break through, taking down the Bad Boy Pistons and Larry Bird Celtics to win their first championship with that one ring sparking a dynasty. So, in 1992, Barkley would never leave Philly. So, that’d mean the Sixers would load up for a final showdown, but Jordan shuts the door. In 93, the Knicks stay stacked with Oakley and Mark Jackson. Yet Jordan takes him down too. By the mid9s, Hakee’s Rockets steal a title, but Portland would answer right back, winning a seven-game thriller to Shaquille O’Neal Celtics. So now with multiple banners in the Rose Garden, this would cement Jordan and Euan’s legacy as the league’s ultimate one-two punch. For nearly a decade, the rest of the NBA like the Pacers, Hawks, and even the Rockets, but none can touch Portland’s throne. But even dynasties don’t last forever. So now in 1997 with free agency looming, Jordan had to make a decision.
