“Give the boys a little juice!”
Maybe maybe get walk in the huddle this next rack and like give the boys a little juice here. They’ve heard enough for me. Yeah, I love it. You granted me access. I granted you access a long time ago, brother. You don’t need access. I need access. Hey, let’s roll. Let’s go. There he goes.
Minnesota Vikings tackle Brian O’Neill talks with quarterback J.J. McCarthy during 2025 Training Camp practice.

I think no matter what happens this year it's going to be an exciting and fun season
Roll Some Juice Next Huddle..
~LFG = LFR !
This is so wholesome. Get the boys fired up! Let’s go!
SKOL
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Number 84 should be retired, seriously
SKOL
+20 Team chemistry. SKOL
Parson will give 71 and 75 a lot of problems. And twice a year, Vikings face the packers. I don't know if either 71 or 75 are ready for it. Parson could be nightmares for 71 or 75 to handle.
Why aren't we calling JJ McCarthy, jmac?
For those of you who believe that inspirational poetry wins sports games, and that a team needs a QB to "give the boys a little juice" in the huddle in order to be good: this clip does not bode well for JJ McCarthy. It shows that no only was he not "giving them the juice" this whole time, but also that he had very little desire to do so. An offensive lineman had to very awkwardly walk up to him to tell him to do it, and he did it with such a passive, shy voice. This whole segment was soft, and does nothing to suggest that the Vikings are an aggressive, respect commanding team. But, lucky for you, winning and losing in the NFL is not based on whether or not you are the better or worse team. It hasn't been for a long time.
Bruh I’m so concerned now. Wtf
That was a sheepish way to tell a guy to grow some balls. Why would the Vikings release this? I hope it worked tho!!!!🤣🤣🤣Let’s go!!!! SKOL!!!!!!
Love this team !!
We're the "underdogs"😊
Pressure on the Lions & Packers, Vikings get hot in Nov & Dec….
Gotta ask the QB to give the team some juice good lord 😂
I love this :). What a calm professional voice of reason and veteran encouragement in a gentle way so he he isn’t second guessing anything or whatever. THAT is a great voice to have on ANY team. Very impressed and I’d throw like hell for that guy in front of me if I were his QB. That’s a dude you come back from war with and never lose touch.
Is he handing over team captain?
Let's push jmac.😂
train em to be that leader the Vikes need on O 👀👍
We are in the realm gentleman.. jj is the guy in-between
O'Neill has been such a solid piece of our offense for so long and been a top ten RT for years. Class act, classic Viking.
Not good
He’s good at firing up the boys!!
BO is such a class act. A true pro, vet and leader. JJ is a young guy but understood the assignment by taking the advice calmly. This team has a special culture
14 – 3 and your on your own after that
Looks like #9 needs to practice more at being a leader, this footage is anything but encouraging.
Mankato. Worst place to have them practice in Minnesota!!!
In the middle of farmland where there’s no lakes or trees and it’s hot and it stinks and the air quality is bad and it’s humid. Why wouldn’t they have them have a place in northern Minnesota where it’s cooler we only have a few human days up here, there’s lakes and rivers and streams, and Forest and woods all over the place, cool in the place down, providing shade. They just really need to have somebody else making these decisions.
That’s how it’s done, teamwork makes the dream work; SKOL Brian/JJ.
Who doesnt love Oneil?
Big moment here, glad they showed this. BO such a great leader.
