Why now in September of 2025 all the news is about the Sixers having the worst cap situation in NBA history. I’ve known this for over a year.
The PG stuff really just seems like a lot of misplaced hate. He was incredibly transparent about not wanting to come to Philly prior to signing, and anyone who’s followed his career knows he had been wanting to play in LA since 2017. He’s also been a known injury risk his entire career.
If fans are upset with anyone they should be upset with the front office for signing an old injury prone player who doesn’t want to be here to a max contract, or they should be upset with themselves for being stupid enough to think that signing PG was ever a good idea in the first place.
