  4. I really hope Espada tore Valdez a new asshole. His seemingly laissez-faire approach isn’t going to cut it with him. He could lose the locker room over this.

  7. Today determines the rest of the season imo.

    If we can’t bounce back from the bullshit that happened yesterday, I just don’t see them being able to bounce back in time for the playoffs.

  9. Beyond over Framber and his antics. I get any game he can come out and pitch a no CGSO. But he turns his back way too much on this team, and has been giving up way too many runs. After what he pulled yesterday, I wish Espada would get him off the team, or have a serious discussion with Framber to figure out how to get the old Framber back.

    Have to win today. Get the bad juju out and learn how to score runs on a consistent basis.

  11. Framber can’t leave town fast enough for Houston fans. That shit last night was one of the craziest, and most disrespectful things I’ve seen in a MLB game in maybe ever

  15. 25th in runs scored per game 🤭 we can probably do no worse than that because there’s a decent gap between the rest

  16. I’ll never hate Framber since he was one of the main contributors to that ‘22 title. But yeah, the dudes ego is too much. He has been terrible in every other postseason too, from ‘21, ‘23, and ‘24. I also feel like he’s really only good against teams that aren’t good (besides in ‘22). If we move on from him, we will have brown as the ace (he’s already ace this year tbh), Javier as #2, #3 will be arrighetti or Garcia, and then #5 will be Jason I guess.

    I still would like to get a bat during the offseason.

  22. I’ve thought about it some, and think there’s been some overreaction nationally about the Framber thing.

    I don’t think he tried to hurt Salazar, I think he was rattled after the GS and was basically “fuck it, I’m going to throw what I want, you catch it”.

    Regardless of why he did it, he’s a basket case and, I’ll appreciate the draft pick in next year’s draft after he departs.

  24. Framber has been a head case his whole career. I’m tired of it man. I look forward to not having that shit next season. I remember all the way back in 2020 in the ALCS against the Rays, Correa had to intervene and tell him to chill. I hope Carlos, or fucking someone, chewed him the fuck out for doing that to Salazar. I’ve never seen that ever – not even Ken Giles, who punched himself in the face, ever did that shit. Or any of the other divas or hotheads we’ve had over the years.

  25. Will be interesting to see what everyone says today. Stagnant for awhile now and with 23 games left you have this crap.

    Not sure how you get the team to rally here without some call-out of framber.
