‘Misguided’ to think Framber Valdez intentionally hit teammate, agent says

Uh, we all saw the clip guy. The look after he threw that pitch wasn’t an “oh shit, my bad” look, not even close.
Still waiting for any sign of remorse or contrition. He basically said “I threw the pitch I wanted to throw”
Well I guess we can put this to bed. Agent vouched for his client.
So that confirms that Framber did in fact hit his rookie teammate on purpose
Lots of damage control in effect on this one.
I understand keeping it “in house”; but, the footage seems to make it pretty obvious.
It’d be great if people just kept their word-holes shut instead of telling us all to not believe our own eyes.
Framber is a man child
Well, yeah, misguided. Framber’s pitch was misguided right into Salazar’s chest! Framber’s mentality on the mound was misguided.
“Agent tries to gaslight public into thinking his client didn’t do what we saw”
Ah yes, let’s trust the guy who has a monetary stake in the conduct and performance of his client.
Nothing more insulting than being told not to believe what you see with your own eyes
He didn’t intentionally throw at a rookie, he’s just a shitty teammate that doesn’t care about his rookie teammate. That really doesn’t help the matter 😂
Yainer better not piss off known loose cannon Jason Alexander tonight or he’s getting a 91 mph two seamer to the chest

Talking about it more will certainly quell any concerns about Valdez’s intent.
The catcher knows the truth ( hint it’s the same truth we all know too)
Bro aint getting resigned
What’s up with agents always wanting a say in things now
No, it’s really not. He’s shown signs of misdircted anger at his teammates and being unaccountable for his own mistakes before.
His agent is just trying to cover his behavior for his free agent contract after this season. Appears selfish and like he’s a Prima Donna. That is a negative to give a 32 year old a big contract for multiple years.
I genuinely had to read this like 5 times before I understood the implication. You don’t hit your catcher on purpose wtf.
Bro. I only played to a collegiate level, but if any of my my pitchers hit me in the chest like that, we’re fighting right then and there.
I too, would want my agent to have my back and try to mitigate my screw ups.
Lol, we all saw it.
Question: Others can hear the pitch com device that are on the field and wearing the device. What have they said was called?
Other infielder (at least I one) had to have heard the call! And I know at least one had a working device as well.
Has anyone heard anything about what others may have heard or not heard on pitch com other than from the catcher?
Catcher should just tip his pitches to the other teams’ best sluggers from now on. Like in Bull Durham.
Im an astros fan and after seeing that clip, he fucking did that shit on purpose. I’ve never in my life seen anything like that and honestly didn’t even think it could happen.
If you’re the Astros, do you suspend him?
What a strange word to use. If my client unequivocally didn’t do it, I’d say he unequivocally didn’t do it.
Has he met his client? 🤣
“We investigated ourselves and found that we did no wrongdoing”
Catcher can’t catch? What’s the big deal?!?
Catcher can’t catch.
If he’s such a good guy (he isn’t) why haven’t his teammates and the catcher said anything?
If this was truly a mistake they would have solved and squashed it right then. “Sorry man, I thought you wanted pitch A not pitch B. That Grand Slam rattled me. You ok?” Then catcher could say they got their calls mixed up and it would be a big nothing-burger.
Since that hasn’t happened, the team is not supporting him which I think is the bigger issue. Now they have a liability that isn’t trusted/supported in the clubhouse.
If the trAshtros weren’t on a playoff run, I would believe this pitcher would be on the IL for some nondescript soreness/rehab since he’s only on a 1 year contract and will be a Free Agent after this season.
Agents lie? I’m shocked, shocked!
No it isn’t. Very fucking obvious that’s EXACTLY what happened.
No matter what pitch is coming, the guy has a glove on.
Damn, well if the AGENT says it…
Lol …that shit was on purpose 100%
Even the batter peeped lmfao
The hell else is his agent supposed to say
Well if his agent says so I think that settles it.
