We’ve definitely had some other dawgs but going stricky off what each has done for the organization + tenure.
Anyway; lmk what yall think of that four or who you think deserves a spot more.

I think you need to only rate players who you have watched. By that qualification I would go Pujols, Yadi, Ozzie, and probably Chris Carpenter, though could make an argument for Waino.

Rogers Hornsby is one of four players who had two Triple Crown seasons, has the second-highest Cardinals career WAR (behind Musial) and is arguably the greatest second baseman in MLB history.

I’d like to see some older representation like Dizzy or Enos, but I have no clue who I’d cut from this four to put them in.

No on Yadi and not even close. Hornsby, even though nowhere near a lifer, would be the best No. 4. If you want a semi-lifer, then it’s Ozzie. Brock, Ted Simmons, and others would also work better.
Yadi was not god and not even that close. (sigh) OP is probably one of those people who also thinks Yadi would be the greatest manager since sliced bread.

In all seriousness though, I’d want a Mount Rushmore that connects the most recent eras of Cardinals greatness, more or less. For me it’s Stan, Gibby, Ozzie, and then flip a coin for either Yadi or Albert. Zero question who’s the better player but I can’t just forget that he skipped town for a few million because God told him to.
