You’d better have another very good source of income because all your winnings would be tied up into the purchase of the team and i believe you’d need other funds available for upgrades to the team, maintenance to the park and other venues (pirate city, international fields, etc) that might pop up and I’m sure there’s other things that are expenses that folks don’t think about.
Also it’s wild that Fenway is asking and probably can receive more for the Pens than the Bucs are worth.
