Currently, at the time of this recording, obviously, we do this the day before, Hrix and Lugo are on the mound, and you have a Yangle prediction for everyone. Yes. Angels versus Kansas City Royals. So Kyle Hendris takes the mound for the Angels. Uh while he’s not in his prime, he’s a pitcher who knows how to change speeds, induce uh weak contacts, uh pitchto game situations. So Kansas City’s lineup has been hot and cold, and Hendrick’s ability to mix his sinkar and change up can disrupt a Royals team that tends to chase when behind in counts. So Seth Lugo is a concern. obviously has been a workhorse for Kansas City, but lately he’s shown signs of regression. So, his erra has been outpacing his ex FIP. The uh the Angels uh though inconsistent, have been better lately and their lineup uh still has pieces capable of producing runs versus pitchers who live in the zone like Lugo. So I’m taking uh angels to win and plus I have prepped another session of simple and straightforward and in-depth reasoning why why I like uh angels. So here are the reasons uh why LA why Angels should win. So as I mentioned the Hrix craftiness plays play place versus Kansas City pre- swinging bats. This should work versus Kansas City offense. So, Lugo’s metrics point to regression. As I mentioned, uh after a strong start, this is inevitable. We should play the other side of Lugo. So, um three, the Angels offense is better formed lately and importantly, they are capable of scoring and producing runs. The bullpen advantage leans on Angels in late innings in my opinion and as per my system. Uh, and lastly, the value angle with Casey slightly overpriced after their hot stretch, especially Lugo and Mount. Um, still favored. I’m taking the Angels for these reasons. There you have it, guys. Take the Angels as your complimentary selection.
