New Seattle Kraken Alternate Jersey – Full Review

After years of wait and anticipation since their inaugural season, the Seattle Kraken had finally unveiled their brand new alternate jersey today. I’m the Jaguar. I’m going to be giving you a one minute review of it. Now, it’s primarily a black jersey because they’re going for a deep ocean menacing look with red striping and ice blue details. Now, those iceb blue details on the sleeves are actually sonar pings based off a sonar radar. And then we’re going to have ice blue details around that black front crest. and those ice blue details on the front crest. Glow-in-the-dark once you turn off the lights. Now, according to the website, it is supposed to have glow-in-the-dark somewhere on the shoulders, as well as the numbers on the name, but we’ll actually see the on ice version and if that’s true or not. Now, the jersey overall does look good. However, black alternates for teams are getting really repetitive. I would have liked to seen something more specific to the Kraken as this. I’m getting a 6.75. Again, not bad, but could have been a little bit better. Cool idea. However, having a ice blue primary jersey, especially with that anchor right on the front, something like that would have been awesome.
