Toronto Blue Jays vs New York Yankees – FULL GAME HIGHLIGHTS | September 5, 2025 MLB Season
again the 2-2 and he got him. A breaking ball from Schlidler to strike him out and there’s the cutter. a little late break in on him at the last moment and Schlitler strikes out. A broken bat line drive that drops fair down the left field line and Guerrero is getting away. Here comes the throw to the plate and it’s not in time and Bo Bashed with a D. He headed for 100 for the second time in his career. Barelo lines the ball to left. That’s a base hit, but it gets out to Bellinger quickly on a bounce. Bette will be held and the Blue Jays have runners on the corners. Baro goes again. It’s up and in. And there’s no throw. So, it’s two and two on Kirk and Bar look back and the one two and it’s into right field and it’s dropping for a base hit. Here comes Bette and Baro in behind him. It’s a two-run single. It is three to nothing Blue Jays. Leanne has popped it up for the first baseman Paul Goldmith who makes the catch and finally after 40 pitches and three runs, the Blue Jays are retired. proponent of throwing that fast ball inside to buy some of your pitchers the outside part of the plate and a ground ball to second right at Andre Jimenez. Two down. Line drive right field and Bargers got it. Boy, a screaming liner that took him back towards the track in a hurry, but a nice running catch. He’s going and it’s ball four. Barger draws a walk and look at Schlitler’s body language walking around behind the mound with his head down. There’s the breaking ball line to left and not caught. Bellinger couldn’t catch it. A good effort, but he could not come. This is hit to center field and deep. It will be caught by Gisha, but Springer can tag and score. Barger will come to third. It’s a sack fly for Bishette. It is four to nothing. There goes Guerrero and a swing and a miss by Baro. And that’ll be that. The Blue Jays do add another run. Bette drives it in. They knock Sch Slitler out of the game and they lead four to nothing. And he clobbers this one to left field. And it’s gone. Number 19 on the season for Stanton. And the Yankees have their first run of the night. Now, we mentioned Stanton coming in this game. Had 18 home runs in a very abbreviated season. He had tennis elbow in both of his arms and and strike out an awful lot. He was great against Milwaukee. He got him. Strike three called on the outside corner. And Chisum, who has had words with umpires a couple of times recently, grounded off of Yarro right over to McMahon at third. They get the out. And now is Yarro okay? Little dribbler back towards the mound. Yarro makes the play and the Blue Jays go one, two, three. So Yarro has settled things down a bit. Still 4-1 Jay. He’s trying to bunt for a base hit. Here comes Clement and he throws him out. What a play by Ernie Clement. Right arm in the elbow. popped up shallow right Barger way in and he in the air to right field. Judge going back running out of room and it’s gone. An opposite field home run for Guerrero. His 23rd on the season. It wasn’t right down the line or anything, so he hit it pretty well. just a shallow right and it drops. It drops between Chisum and Judge and Bett is at first and be credited with a hit lead and the pitch and he got him. Got Kirk to chase a change up off the outside corner for out tonight cuz he just played three in a row in the outfield. They got home at 5 in the morning. Oo, look at that swing as Gosman got him to reach way off the corner for out number one. And he lifts the first pitch that he sees in the air to shallow right center and Judge will make the catch. One down. Bounced up the middle and right to the shortstop. Cababaya. Boy, again, Yarro is doing exactly what the Yankees need. He’s but tomorrow could be an issue as now Cabayro sends a fly ball to center but there’s lots of room out there for Baro chops it to third. Clemens got it and it’s another good inning for Gosman. A leadoff walk but nothing more and six. It’s 5-1 Blue Jays. We might not see them right. There’s a bouncer to short. Cabayro comes to get it and throws out Guerrero. That wind up being pretty close. Two down and he gets VO to pop it up on the infield. It will be Gold Schmidt in foul territory to make the catch. The side is retired. Seventh inning stretch here for the Bronx. 5-1 Blue Jays. Grounded up the middle and into center of base hit. lines it to left. A base hit. Bellinger up to second. Got it. Elevated fast ball at 96. Two down. What a great pitch. There’s a split and it’s in the air to right. Shallow. Bargers there and that’s out number three. Gossman gives up a couple of hits in the seventh but strands the runners. This one bounces away from Rice to the back stop and Kirk will take second. One and two the count on Lucas who had a big two-run single in the first but reaches for one here. Lighter got him to chase and that’s out number one. This one back of third dropping and fair and Kirk is going to come in to score. Clemente rounding second. Some trouble down in the corner. The swinging a miss. A curveball gets Jimenez, but the Blue Jays get another run and take a six to one lead to the bottom of the eighth. This one is lifted to right center. It’s playable. And the catch made by Addison Barger. One down. Ground ball to third. Clemens. Two down. And now we saw little was up for the lefties. Lined into right center. A base hit. Ground ball to third. And that’s the inning. And what an outstanding performance tonight by Kevin Gosman in this huge game Wednesday in Cincinnati. This one in the hole and through. Swing it. A four hit night for Vladimir Guerrero Jr. A terrific game. Turner’s got 178. Just two back. That one off the glove of Rice and Guerrero will jog to second. Hard hit ball to right field and it’s going to the wall. Guerrero’s in to score. Bette’s going to be held. It’s an RBI double for Dalton Bar to make it 7 to one. They just don’t give up. They are at the Rogers Center the last week of the season. Ground ball to third. McMahon’s got it and will throw out Kurt. The Blue Jays add on another run though and it will now take a six-run lead to the bottom of the ninth and it looks like it’ll be Braden Fischer. Guerrero playing behind Judge at first as Bellinger pops it up on the infield. Bette settling in underneath it to make the catch. One down. Get that first wild card by ground ball to short. Bette to second one. Jimenez to first. And that is the ball game as the Blue Jays come in here and play just an absolutely spotless game in every aspect. There.

gausman is pavking sheet
MILLENIUM YANKEES: HR or bust w/ the addition of Aaron Boone's "new" secret weapon — asinine errors + horrendous defense!!
😂 Yankees can't win the big games
Hitting on all cylinders. It's a joy to watch Gausman pitch when he's in the zone… — miault.
Go Jays go no one is messing with our offense
now i m waiting Aaron Judge's DangerousAI Interview
LMFAOOO yankees fans were like “WE’RE COMINGGG”

Abs cant get here soon enough
😱😱😱😱😱😱😱
Yank clown show, great!
Yankees are bunz
way to go Blue Jays🎉❤
My grandma’s defense better than Yankees…..WTF😭
Same Yankees last 10 plus years. Only run comes from a homer.
Ya know what you don’t see anymore? Two players colliding trying to make a play. Soft ass Yankees
One of the most entertaining games ive ever watched. Its so much sweeter to beat the yankees.
Jays own the yanks this season
Awful game yanks
The Yankees lose! Thhe Yankees Lose! THHHEE YANKEES LOSE!!!!
YESSSSSSSSS
GO JAYS! GO GAUSMAN!
DA DA DA-DA-DA DA DA JANKEES LOSE!! YES SIR!!
Always a good day when the Yankees and dodgers both lose today.
Though, I'm a Yankees fan, I like to give credit where credit is due as such: Jays pitcher Kevin Gausman is a Great pitcher, and Blue Jays have a Good hitting team.
Gausmans jays ace. Not Bieber
Toronto campeón indetenible!!!
Kings of the pop up’s. Need to fire the hitting coach.
Gausman preserved the bullpen tonight. Absolutely huge
YANKEEEEEES LOSE THeeEeeeEee YANKEEEES LOSE
Man… Yankees are just imploding…
Just terrible baseball.
Jays played well, but so sloppy by the Yanks
They sent Cam Schlitter back to New York early from Houston to give them 1.2 innings? LOOOL
Beautiful outing by Gausman.
The Yankees stunk up the place.
I've been a Yankee-hater since the 1950s–love that the Jays are now 8 of 11 against them this year. Go Jays!
Aaron Judge is a softy not a leader
Jays can stomp the life out of ANY chance the Yankees take the division here by sweeping them
Didnt get to see the game but I know Cam was staring pitcher. Not sure what happened but dont give up on this guy. Maybe pressure of big game but I'm confident hes gonna be so good on the long run. C'mon Yankees u can do it. Let's clip the bluejays wings so short they cant fly!
The Yankees’ defense is really bad. It was a nice win for the Jays.
Proper beatdown. The body language from NY shows they can’t compete with this team.
Let's go JAYS🎉
Go home Yankee Yankee go home….😂
Is this how they're taking judge down?
Oh well the Jays won the division for the first time in 10 years now the Yankees have to get that one wild card so they get home games This game was an absolute disaster. The most frustrating thing about the Yankees since they cannot play small ball. They cannot string together hits and when they put runners on base unless they homer can’t bring them in.
Tidy win. 👍
Schittler walking around all confident after the strikeouts lmao stay humble 😂
I find it comical that MAJOR LEAGUE outfielders can't CALL OFF a fly ball!!!!! WTF is this?????? Are you kidding me? Someone call it off! I can't believe my eyes. Seriously.
Super mal el picheo d yankees
Orrores no errores una porkeria yankees ahorita
