STILL ALIVE: Cleveland Guardians POWER Over Tampa Bay Rays to Big Win

Guardians got everyone in on the act and they’re seven to win over the Rays and some positive momentum any way you look at it. Justin Ladier from Lockdown Guardians. Good to see Jos Ramirez be back to Jose Ramirez having three hits. And hey, even Austin Hedges hit a home run. Nolan Jones had two hits. George Valera had his first career RBI in a pinch hit roll. They started John Kenzanella at first base. They tattooed the Rays bulk innings guy, Ian Seymour for a bunch of runs. And Gavin Williams, not his best swing and miss stuff, not his best command and control, but he got into the seventh inning. So, a lot of positive momentum for the Guardians in this one. And hey, if you’re still scoreboard watching, the Mariners lost. The Rangers are currently tied as I record this. The Royals did win, so there are still some things happening. Now, of course, the Guardians couldn’t get out of this game without another junior Cam era home run. Of course, why not? Saturday should be interesting. It’s going to be Tanner BY and Shane Bos. By is trying to turn his season around. He and Bos have some of the most home runs allowed in baseball this year and they’re playing at a ballpark that is allowing a lot of home runs this year. So, Saturday will be interesting for the Guardians keeping their playoff hopes alive and Tanner Bobby getting things turned around. We’ll cover it all on Monday and locked in. Guardians be there.

  1. Nice job Gavin getting through 7 and saving the pen some work!

Kwan 8 for 23 (.348), 4 runs and 3 RBI in September, hopefully a sign of things to come.

Sending positive vibes to Bibee for tomorrow evening! Need ya Tanner!
