YANKEES FAN REACTS TO! Brewers vs. Blue Jays Game Highlights (8/30/25)
Game one was good. We started off with a pitchers duel, bro. Peralta and my boy Shane was going at it. Game two. Y’all ready, man? Look like it’s another gorgeous day in Canada. Milwaukee, a good team. Good team. I want this thing entertaining, man. I want it to go back to back, bro. I want this stain. Yeah. Vlatty ready. Oh, they got the priest. They got the priest up there, baby. No. Cheerio is back. No. Uhoh. Big C. Remember, you got to hop over, baby. Hop over. There you go. Okay. Milwaukee Brewers. Another match up. And I like the fact that we get all the aces. Like I didn’t want the rotation to be like third, fourth rotation. No, we getting top pitches. We getting top games. That’s baseball, baby. [Applause] Big start just like how Beaver started off. Really nice. How beaver started off last game. Let’s get the strength. Not his first game back. Oh my god. Pink takes it away. Tip the hat. Ain’t no weight. Okay, man. That was beautiful, man. Right there. Damn. Strong got some work cut out for him, boy. Quinn Pster on the hill. He’s been knocking on the door to try to get 11 consecutive victories. The Brewers have won 15 straight appearances for he’s been eating these dubs up. Unbelievable. If he gets eating the wins that is a new franchise record will face and with that power sinker ties up got locked up to the plate. He’s the designated hitter today. To Vlad Jr. Vlad, nice drop. No, he got it. Thought that was going to drop. One, two, three. Efficient first inning for Quinn. Still two. Cont. Yeah, Cont is nice. Got him. Kev is I like Kev a lot, bro. that splitter down. If y’all look at it, y could potentially have a good a good rotation. You got have three aces to center. First hit of the game for Milwaukee. So, two down. Here’s Isaac Collins, the left fielder. Had a good night last night. Went two for three with a single and a nice 3-2 pitch is sent into right field, but it’s going to be or at least it should be a routine play. And it is of course for records the out sits down. Kevin Gossman versus Caleb Durban to begin this third. And that’s up the middle. Oh, nice. Oh, damn. He knocked it down. At least he stopped it from getting a double potential double. This game is looking exactly like game one, bro. I didn’t know they were second. Don’t make a mistake and throw him bat again. That was close. Route number one, third strike out of the ball game for Gosman. Obviously, you’d love to get a couple more right here. Yeah, man. Go back. Top of the order with Bryce Pang. This whoever’s on first. It looked like he’s peeking to steal every time, every second. As we go back to the top of the order, look at him. We might have to look. We might have to look at him. Go with another one. On that pitch, Durban was going, but he got going so early, he had to put the brakes. Yeah, you had to put the Exactly. doing a really good job. Obviously, Durban is on their mind. On the season, there have been 14 stolen bases. Damn. Really? He said, “Got him. Got him.” Got him. You don’t You don’t try because he was so antsy. So what they picked? They tried to throw him off a couple of That’s why they finally That’s why they finally got him. Okay. Okay. France. And the Blue Jays get the lead off man on to start this third inning. Miles Straw in center field today. We saw him doing some magic in center field in the first inning. And now let’s see what he can do at the plate. Yeah, Miles is feeling it. Rob the home run. He comes in there. Oh He went for two. I like You got to get aggressive. One out double for Straw. His 13th double of the season. Come on. And the Blue Jays have second and third with one George Springer with two runners in scoring position. Just one. All right, Joe. What you do this? All you do in your life is just you just bring runs in, bro. And a little pop. Oh, he popped the poest. That’s a huge out for Oh. Oh my god. He damn. He took the soul out of that ball. How good are the defensively? Monisterio with a gem. What a play on a rocket off the bat of Barger. Snatch that thing on. That’s tough. Oh man, what a play. And now the Brewers have a runner in scoring position with none away. Christian Yelich now up the big lefty bat. Got him. Come on Kev with a split. Come on Kev and the Milwaukee catcher. Big righty bat. [Applause] I’m telling you, same thing like game one on both sides. We got two aces. France. Nice Gossman. Brandon. Look at Gossman. Look at Gossman, man. We might have to call him Big Sexy, man. We might have We might [Applause] We might have to call him Big Sexy. Bro, boy Kevin Nash, boy. Look at that. That’s nice. And safe at first is Miles Straw. An infield hit to start this to start the game. Okay. Start the six. I mean, [Applause] oh, he missed it. Springer, you got bell out, man. These last couple of swings from you from the first game and this game, I don’t know. Don’t tell me you in a slump after you being in a nightmare. Don’t tell me you in a slump. That’s a big break. Oh, line. That’s a That’s RBI. He’s in. Oh, they held him. Oh, they should have never held him. He would have scored. Yeah, I thought he was going to get aggressive. and coming up. He wants to give them the opportunity. All right. That’s a That’s a sack. That’s enough to get him in. Chio. Spring is in. That’s a double sack. Double sack. Let’s go. Normally tight. Brewers defense has led down here in this man. Don’t let defense is no joke. It’ll be a two nothing ball game. You see with two heavyweights, one mistake will cost the game and gets the strike. This is a heavyweight fight out here, bro. And will settle for a double lead by Christian Yelich. Brewers, that’s a fantast. Let’s see if they can push one across against You got to get out of this brother. Oh, I’m surprised he swung at that. He did look toward third, but Yelich was getting there with ease. Now Yelich at third and he already had that run there for the Brewers. Oh, what was that? Yellow score. They did get the tag on him. Tie game to score. Get him out. Get him over and get him in. And you can see frustrated. Yeah, he’s upset about it. Good right here from No, it’s the worst contact. Not even a half swing. It’s about a quarter. I don’t know what that was, bro. And again, that is why you put on anything. No matter what, you might as bunted the ball. Got to be careful with King. Oh, he came from the They gave it to him. They keep they gave it too. Oh my god. Framework. That’s frame. An outstanding effort through seven innings. Here we go. Jeff Hoffman now to try to keep this thing. They brought Jeff in that early, huh? to score. I guess they really trying to keep it. Yeah, I guess they trying to keep it tied. Yeah, you going to have to go. This is a tough lineup. Pitch fly. Oh What’ I tell you about him? Oh, it’s the top of the ninth. I didn’t even know it was the ninth inning. That’s why he’s on. Why did I think it was the six? The Brewers are so relentless. Oh my god. One thing I’mma do is give credit when this dude that s that takes your heart out. Damn cheerio. first day back. Oh, man. I know you didn’t get in this. I know you didn’t get in this game and let backto back home runs, bro. I know you didn’t do that. Brewers. Oh my. What do y’all call him in Toronto? Heart attack. Hoffman lead. That’s crazy. Back to back. Wait, are they booing him? I’ve never heard Jack Crab booed a day in my life. Any of y’all plays. Y’all must really tired of his I guess. But he did good the last his couple of innings, previous games. They booing. Jacksonio goes deep and gives the Brewers the lead. His 27th of the year in the fans ain’t no weight, boy. Yeah, they’re not happy. I love that Montreal Expos hat, man. I think that’s the only one I’m missing for my collection. Somebody remind me to get that hat again. Pleasure. Runner at second with two outs. Now that’ll bring up Isaac Collins. Collins. That ball’s hit center field. Got some carry and that’s going to split the gap and go to the wall. You know what? I don’t get it. So, it’s three to one, right? Obviously, you’re going to see it again. You’re going to see the ball again. Let’s bring somebody else in because a two a two-run game ain’t really nothing. But now, look what happens here. So, they get another run. is take him out. If he get back to me, just take him. Just pull him and the fans out are not happy right now with Jeff Hoffman. He’s hearing it from some of the Roger Center. A real tough day for Hoffman. stage is set now Vinnie for the man who’s taken over the clos and especially if they come up short run I’ll be pissed but he does get a lot of grounds on the ground they’re going to turn it they’re gonna turn it damn Milwaukee came in Toronto I know. Two games up, bro. Oh, it’s not looking good. Toronto, man. They Canada, they’re a good team. Milwaukee, we know this, man. I’ve said it before the series start. I said it last week. If y’all could just get one game out of this Toronto, that would give y’all hope. But they saying we might see this as a World Series or play, you know. God, are we really watching a preview? Sheesh. [Music] 85 wins, 52 losses, man. Milwaukee. Got to give him a clap, man. Toronto, let’s see if y’all can get a game. I got to get a game. I love y’all, man. I see you.

I feel sick
That stadium looks fucking packed!!! Holy shit.
another disappointing outing for hoffman…๐ข
Let me tell you man. You are my favorite person to watch review games, because I know you have your teams, but you give props to good teams and good players. Respect.
this series is a master class of beisball both tteam are great.
chorio back is a amezing and 2 home runs for a team in 9 inning and made one more run is dangerously a serious team. look that brewers in thid laat month made a change in home runs and thst is something the team will needed if they get play off.
if nyy higlanders have a 303 millons pay check and bodton only 177 millons brewers have 120 millons. ?( from the home , do not bougth so much players.) and they get this runs is reslly anezinm
Your jays

Love to see it. Go Brew Crew
fuq Hoffman
Brewers showing my Jays that they are the actual complete and most consistent team here
I saw the game im not ready.. They need to go back to fundamental baseball. They are making errors. The bullpen needs work. Its a good thing theres still lots of games left we cant go.far with the current team
Very impressed with the Brewers.
Hoffman pulled the double fake out on us in like a week. Super inconsistent
Edit: a triple
Go Brewers. Time for another sweep!
Hoffman needs to go.
If brewers stay and get healthy they win world series. Top three rotation, hell their #5, starter could be some good teams 3 easy. Let's not even talk about the Miz if he can harness that control
Churio first pitch back after a month and a half off hitting a HR, but it's robbed is CRAZY. Then game winner. Kids gonna win MVP next year
Very entertaining commentary!
"It's the top of the ninth. The Brewers are so relentless! One thing I do is give credit when it is due."
Our manager should be fired i knew they would get 2 homeruns against Hoffman, it happened exactly like that 2 games before
@Bklyn_reau: I'll see your Volpe, and up you a Hoffman.
No bro. Not sexy that's a dude
keep saying Jays are going to be in 3rd spot at the end of the regular season
The Jays are not good as their record indicates
Just like the Yankees and Red Sox, it's a collective illusion
Jeff Coughman
tbh, coughman deserves the boo 12:20, hes blown 4 saves this month. closers should be better than that.
Guess Hoffman is their dev๐๐
I love my Blue Jays but the Brewers are very good no big names but get the job done!
I was at this game Saturday and when Hoffman came into the game, me and the people I was with were all like WTF? Why? One, the game was tied 1-1 so why bring the closer in? It is not like the hitters were showing much spark all game. And I called both home runs that he gave up. Also, what team has a closer with a 4.69 ERA (at start of game). But now, after his crappy appearance Saturday his ERA is now 5.11. I just do not see how a manager can possibly keep using a closer with such horrible stats of late.
The number of home runs Hoffman gives up is ridiculous for a closer. In 56 innings pitched he has 14 home runs against him. For comparison to the 1990 Jays, a team I saw in person play about 75 home games, Tom Henke (the closer at the time) had an era of 2.17 in 74.2 innings pitched and only gave up 8 homers all season, going 32/32 in save opportunities. While Duane Ward, Henke's set up man that season, pitched 127.2 innings, was 11/11 in saves, an ERA of 3.45, and gave up a miniscule 9 home runs. That year, if the Jays got through the 6th or 7th innings with a lead it was an almost certainty they would win the game. This is what a league leading team should have for closing pitchers.
As for current Jays, Yariel Rodrigues has pitched 6 more innings but given up exactly half as many homers and a 3.30 ERA. I know manager Schneider has said he believes in Hoffman but at what point does that belief waver – how many blown saves or how high of an ERA does it take to break that spell Hoffman seems to have on the Jays manager? The Fans are not happy.
"He took the soul outta that ball!" Yeah, and Mona is our backup at that position. Think about that. Crazy.
Welcome back breakfast man. Chew chew Cheerio. That's my team baby.
Heart attack Hoffman, ๐ very true that is! I had to shift to tennis instead and watch Felix win.
As a Yankees fan you should be happy about the result of this game.
I see everybody saying giving credit where itโs due. I can understand why youโre saying that, but letโs not forget both games the bullpen blew up as they have done in the past and both Varland and Hoffman, who continue to do so. Itโs not hard to be successful when you have pitchers who continue to throw meatballs down the pipe. Throwing a fastball on the lower outside half to a guy that has his power low away because of his long arms, itโs just not doing your homework and knowing where to pitch to certain players. He seems to just go out and just tries to throw fast balls for strikes cause heโs worried about all the walks heโs giving up and then by him doing that everybody knows that so theyโre looking for it and heโs feeding them and thatโs the reason heโs giving up so many home runs.
This season is for Ueck.
A's have the 2nd best record in the AL since July 24. 21wins-10 loss. Brewers have the best at 22-10. A's swept the Astros and just swept Detroit with a 7-0 shutout.
Jays bullpen is in a bad bad place right now.
might as well change your name to brewers fan reacts to im a brewers fan too bro you cant say you are a yankees fan and only watch the brewers
Not heart attackโฆitโs death by lethal injection
Blue Jays manager used to sacrifice and squeeze bunt to get runs in, but getting lazy now, and costing them games. Leave a lot of the table in a close game. Doesn't matter when they score ten runs, but close games against good teams, we need a manager. If Yankees win division by 2 games, we know where Toronto lost them.
14:38 I hope we're watching a preview..๐
I was at this game the first time going to Jays game in over 10 years
