Really hope Harris picks better starting pitchers this off-season
Well, there goes 15M. Tough break.
duh
luckily there’s no salary cap
This was always gonna happen. Basically a 15M donation… hope Harris learns from
This mistake
Ugh. Didn’t hate the signing, if he was healthy he would have been a good starter. Problem was always going to be health but he’s good when healthy. But i can’t believe he passed any kind of medical check
Wish they brought back Boyd
I mean. It’s not my money, so it was worth taking a risk on him.
The signing made a lot of sense at the time. There’s no way Jobe could have started a full season, and Cobb should have been ready by July.
But the best plans eventually run into reality. Jobe went down really early, and Cobb’s injury was more severe than expected.
Still, shows Illitch is willing to spend (imagine the Twins or Guards doing this). And Tigers can probably get insurance to pay for a part of it, something the Pistons can’t do with Monty’s contract.

Shocker. We basically knew this already. Enjoy your $15 million Alex
This is the most “no shit” thing I’ve read all year.
What a dumb move.
Isn’t it true if they don’t play, we get the money back?
Harris is the cheapest SOB out there but literally set $15m on fire
