I show speed is his name. He’s the biggest streamer on the planet with over 120 million followers across his platforms. He’s streaming for 35 days straight, calling it speed across America PNC. One of his stops along the way. Pretty impressive. First pitch from the young man, wait for it. Here’s the, we’ve seen someone we that number before to do that. Now the pirates in their home whites take the field led by Mitch Keller. First start in September. Keep moving in the right direction with a good taste in your mouth going into the off season free. Last night was one for three free goes down the line. That’s a fair ball that’s going to get into the corner and free rolls into second base with a leadoff double. Good way to start tonight. Back in the leadoff position and immediately delivers is a fly ball center field. O Neil Cruz coming in still coming in and he makes a sliding catch and hangs on to it on the seat of his pants gets up and the runner at second has to hold one away. The 22 pitch bouncing ball to the right side, scooped by the first baseman for and on the first, the play goes 31 and free winds up at third two outs. The stretch Keller’s pitch chopped toward the right side. Easy play for Horowitz. He’ll keep this one himself. Steps on the bag and its Keller strands that runner leadoff double squander. Nice job by Mitch right there we go to the bottom of the first inning. No score. Brewers in Pirates. Brandon Woodruff making his 11th start of the year. Jared Triolo to lead things off for Pittsburgh out of the wind up the 22 pitch and he got him looking right down the middle of the sinking fastball. Well, it’s Brian rentals bobblehead night. So he gets a nice ovation from the crowd here. The designated hitter tonight rolled and just off Tang’s glove , a base hit for Brian. No, I did the old Charlie hustle right there rounded and he was really moving. It wasn’t like he was rounding the base and just kind of taking a look, see what happens. He was going to second and Then had to throw the brakes on two out base runner for Tommy Pham first pitch, swinging fly ball deep center and Perkins is there smooth operator out in center field. We go to the second inning. No score. Brandon Woodruff out there for a second inning of work that is a called strike three. Woodruff strikes out o’neil Cruz goes back to the fastball picks up his second K 23 year old Nick York at the plate against the veteran Brandon. Woodruff. Woodruff’s 12 pitch and he nailed the inside edge fastball at 95. We’re seeing some below tonight from w and he has three Ortho ASAP strikeouts, all of them looking the nothing, nothing game. Here’s William Contreras grounded out to strand a runner at third base back in the first inning. Contreras ski one to center that’s falling fast and Cruz cannot make the play. Contreras is on with a flair single with two outs. Cruz again got a late break and unable to run this one down and Contreras has let him have it. So after he hits the jumper, there’s a man on for Bowers. B sends one deep to right and Jake Bowers keeps it going. Power is on fire right now. His second hit of the game, it’s a two run home run and the Brewers strike first and Jake Bowers, what a week he’s having. That’s number six on the season. He was the hero offensively last night and he picks up where he left off here on Saturday. We go to the bottom of the fifth inning. A two Nothing Brewers lead here at P and C park in Pittsburgh. Nick Gonzalez leads things off for the Pirates. What he’s 22 pitch swinging him is he struck him out with the fastball. He picks up another strikeout and did he go? He did it’s a strikeout for wood seventh of the night in a 123 bottom of the fifth. Here’s trio who is zero for two right hander delivers and a base hit to right field for Triolo. Finally a little crack in the armor nice at bat shooting one through the four hole for Triolo two nothing Brewers bottom of the sixth inning runner at first and two outs. And Spencer Horwitz is the batter, got him woodruff with the fastball, got him to chase another one and it is eight strikeouts for Brandon Woodruff through six shutout here tonight. What a spot for Eric F is going to make just his appearance as a Brewer and he comes in after a gem for six innings from brandon Woodruff and he faces Brian Reynolds to start. This is a key window now for Fetty and in the air to left center field and a base hit and Reynolds going to try for two. Here comes the throw, he’s in there with a double as the throw came in from Blake Perkins. It’s a leadoff double in the bottom of the seventh inning with the Pirates trailing by two runs. Tommy Pham first ball swinging fly ball to reynolds going to tags, got a great arm and he heaves one all the way to third a strike and Reynolds who retreated even acknowledge that throw from Sal free. I mean on a dime two nothing Brewers, the pitch on the ground towards the hole deep in the hole is Joey Ortiz. The backhand throw to first stretch by Vug and out by eyelashes. Gonzalez two away. Heck of a play by Joey or for out number two going to lift F here. That will be it for him. It’s going to be Robney who had gotten up there. He’s going to issue the walk. Cruz is aboard and now the tying run is on the go ahead run. Come to the plate in Nick York, the 11 pitch on and lifted foul and playable third base side, Caleb Durbin right in the coach’s box makes the catch and the inning is over Brewers with a two nothing lead here in the top of the eighth inning, 22 pitch and this is a ground ball back up the middle and into right center for a base hit for Frelick boy, Frelick took his legs out of that. It was a sweeper down and away and he just extended his hands and poked that ball back up the middle. So they have a runner on with one out and it would be a good time for Jackson to get into one for the first time in this series. He is zero for eight in this series so far. Zero for three tonight. Cheerio deep into left field going back on a Tommy Pham. She is gone. Jackson with a two run home run and the Brewers lead it for nothing. Number 19 on the season for Chio and it snaps him out of an zero for 17 4 nothing Brewers lead but Pirates have two on and one out and instead of Spencer Horwitz, it’ll be Alexander Canario. It’s a pinch hit. So the Pirates will get a right handed hitter up there against Ashby 02 pitch Canario. On the crowd, here’s a double play ball tang steps on the bag of 43, double play and aaron Ashby continues to shine in the bullpen. So runner in scoring position for the crew here Sisk for the Pirates. And uh you’ve got the runner caught between 2nd and 3rd and now running back Devaney tosses on to nick Gonzalez and Blake Perkins is caught stealing great timing on that pick off. Call Devaney ran him back and Then tossed it to Gonzalez who applied the tag on four pitch walk and reynolds is on for the third time tonight. Ashby came in got the final two outs of the eighth inning by coaxing a double play ball and he got him looking, dropped the curveball in on the outside edge fan down on strikes and or ASAP strikeout for Ashby and there’s one away as Nick Gonzalez comes to the plate for the Pirates. There’s a drive in the left center field. That ball is very well hit. It is one hopper out of here that’s actually a break for the Brewers. Reynolds is going to have to stop at third base Then Gonzalez put a charge into that one to the deepest part of the ballpark in left center o’neill Cruz. He break the shutout bit but it’ll be the second out. Cruz has retired. 43 gets the Brewers lose the shutout. They get an important second out on the play. Gonzalez goes to third. It’s 4 to 1 crew here is Nick Yorke. He is the last chance for the Pirates. So if the Brewers can win tonight, they can get the lead up to 6.5 games in the central Brewers can add a game and a swing and a Miss Ashby Lights out gives him the curveball for the strikeout and the Brewers win, they win another series. Milwaukee creeping up on 90 victories. They are now 88 and 55 and the lead in the division.

  1. Did he just dab up Mcutchen and walk away like he was a nobody?

Cutch has had an amazing career and has been an amazing player. And some guy who barks for the cameras is more famous and thinks he is better?

Oh America…why? Why do we make certain people famous

  2. Arrrr… Shut down on the Rivers by Captain Woody… Good effort Mr. Reynolds, but to no avail on this day… Batten down the hatches and hunker down for the evening, we shall strike them with vengeance on the morrow, me staunch Maties… Arrrr 🏴‍☠️

  3. Man, seeing Woody like in 2023! Churio coming back has taken the pressure off our offense. The Phillies are trying, but that #1 seed looks like it's The Brew. I'm thinking that The Dodgers will get that 3rd seed, which means Milwaukee's Best of 5 opponent should be either Chicago, The Mets, or The Padres. Let's feel confident about making it to the NLCS!
