loss. Uh very disappointing. We’re just going to have to regroup and get ready to go play a long season. We got 16 games in front of us and uh good football team, tough environment. Obviously, we did many good things, but we didn’t play well at the end. Two two big situations. The fourth down play. I mean, that’s kind of a play that you don’t really expect to happen. I mean, I was pretty pretty lucky play, but they made it. And uh between the scrambles, I Josh Allen played a great game obviously, especially at the end in the fourth quarter to make those plays uh scramble plays, extended extended completions, and then uh couple big pass plays. So, uh that’s it. And uh we’re disappointed, but we’ll be we’ll be fine. Questions, you have mentioned recruit. How do you how do you build up? Excuse me. You mentioned you have to recruit. Yeah, we’ll go back to work. We’ll go back to work like we always do. You know, been here before. This is how the NFL works. It’s it’s a tough league. You know, you play tough games and tough environments and hopefully you learn from it and keep getting better. You get better throughout the course of the season, become the team you’re going to be. It’s a long journey. John, there’s been a few of these uh losses to two score leads in the fourth quarter over the last two seasons for this one. What’s the pattern and and why does it keep repeating? Well, you got to make plays. I mean, you got to make plays on the ball. Uh, you got to get sacks, you know, you got to turn the ball over. They got four downs, so, you know, it’s kind of hard to just to play even, you know, you’ve got to come up with a turnover somewhere. You got to knock the ball out, get a stop. The fourth down stop would have been a play, you know, but he threw it back there and they, you know, they made the play on the extended scramble. So, um, that’s what you have to do. You have to make a play and get off the field. You got to extend, stay on the field. You know, we’ve had situations where we have done that in the past, but there have been too many of them. We’ll get ready for the Browns. What were your thoughts on Lamar’s performance? I thought Lamar played great. John, how big of a shift do you feel? Yeah, it’s a big shift. John, what happened late in the second quarter? You guys ran off the field with the late field goal. You know how they The clock ran out. Clock said 0 on it. Yeah. I mean, I don’t need to be out there for the field goal block play. Is that what you’re asking? I came I came back out and how disappointing was it to allow them that that sideline play? Yeah. Oh, what happened with the play? You mean? Oh. Oh. Um, and it also looked like offensively you snapped the ball a little early on one of those the field goal. Well, you try to run the field goal that the idea is to save the timeout because you might want to use it, which we did use a timeout to uh to get lined up because in that situation we we didn’t we run the clock down to I think it got down to about two seconds. So, uh, that’s a milk field goal. We we practiced that before and that’s that’s one of the things we do. You can do it the other way. You can run it down and call timeout at one second. You can do it that way, too. We decided to do it the other way. You know, he had six seconds, I think. You know, to just It’s pretty crazy that he got it that they got it done. How disappointed is it that those small things end up so large in a game like this? Yeah, I really rank it that way. You know, it’s just disappointing. But we got a game to play next week and that’s what we’ll be focused on. Hey John, did you get an explanation into the first half with the clock? No, I didn’t get an They didn’t tell me anything. Did you think that it definitely ran out? Well, I did for I could tell, but you guys saw it probably more than I did. You probably saw the TV. You know, you probably saw Didn’t you see it? It was close. It was It looked like It did. It had zero. It hit zero. It did. When they slowed it down, it looked like one. So, it was very close. I guess that’s how they do it now. They didn’t used to do it that way. So, J, did you think of going for it at all on that fourth and three? Did think about going for it. You know, you just fourth and three. If you don’t get it, you you’re in field goal range, you know. So, I think punting it’s probably what most people would do there. What about John? The 4025 you guys just scored. Did you consider going for two there on the extra point where Tyler missed? No. No, no. 16 would have been good. Okay. Okay.

  1. Harbs still didn't figure out playing not to lose Instead of playing to win does not work . He played scared and conservative. We always lose . Did you really think giving the ball back to the bills was a good idea. When tonight defense couldn't have made make you feel like they could make a stop..All that money on corners when you should be getting a pass rush, QB,s still back their making a ham sandwich. SMH. Harbough always play scaresd when we play , Andy Ried, Mc Dermitt , and he finally got over Tomlin . That's not the energy his team needs, when these are the teams we need to get past .

Me Iooking for who to blame and so i start with being mad at coach for going conservative, then being mad at Big D – who was having a fckin game until that fumble, then to our sorry defence who's meant to be.. oh yeah no flyzone.. but then I realised its the fckn reigning MVP – 2024 – JOSH MFN ALLEN. Mina Kimes wasn't wrong – Bills have a top 5 OLine.. either that or the hype for our pass rush dies here. Because I know that wasn't sack daddy Mike Green getting pushed back like a cart with a shxt wheel.. Nuh cant be. Our defence said they're different this year… 🧐 This game dont define us.   14. I ain’t even going to bother watching more ravens games. I’ll cheer from afar this year. Why watch when no lead is safe ? Next thing you know we lose against the browns because we play down to lesser opponents. I thought we left these horrible tendencies 2-3 years ago?

  19. When is John getting fired? This team has been playing mediocre football at least for the last 10 to 15 years I think or is on the hot seat and possibly fired to save John’s job. I think EDC and John lives too close together.

People are not mentioning that if loop Makes that field goal Josh could’ve only tied the game or had to go for two to win the GD game I don’t think the ravens are gonna resign Lamar, and they’re going to use this season as in example why they shouldn’t resign him This is a poorly disciplined and poorly mentally discipline team This coaching staff is as bad as the players. We probably have given up more double digit leads than any team ever in NFL history.

  26. It’s nothing to see here. This is all smoke and mirrors. They did all the talking about how good this defense was in the preseason and camp If Lamar wasn’t here, this team wouldn’t have a chance in hell and nobody is embarrassed. That’s the worst part.

Always defended him since he was about to get fired before Lamar revived his career, we’ve seriously added pieces off season but it gets to a point where we’re just running some shitty schemes with 9/22 pro bowlers as starters

  33. Im glad fans are finally starting to realize whats been happening since 2015. Lamar and this roster can only cover up so much. He has the 2nd most blown 4th quarter leads of all time.

  38. The play calling was terrible why didnt you go for it in 4th and 3 i get it trust your defense but how can you trust them after allen has been shredding it the entire time he needs to go
