We got the Milwaukee Brewers headed into Arlington, Texas to play the Rangers. You know, we’ve seen the Brewers dominate the Rangers as of late. They’re eight and two straight up in their last 10 matchups between each other, but this is their first time playing um this season. These teams do not play often. So, we will see how this one goes. Obviously, this game really doesn’t mean much for the Brewers. They’re pretty much locked into that um let’s see, they’re pretty much locked into that one spot. Um yeah, I mean the Cubs are six and a half games behind them. I the Cubs aren’t catching them, but this is a massive series for the Rangers. You know, the the Seattle Mariners are just kind of leaving the door open for a lot of these teams in the AL to get a spot in the playoffs with how bad they’ve been playing. The Royals are only one game back behind the Mariners. And right behind them is the Rangers who are only one and a half game back um games back from that six spot. So, massive series for the Rangers. It kind of sucks for them that they have to play the Brewers uh just because how well the Brewers have been playing in the second half of the season. And the Brewers are finishing up a series against the Pirates on Sunday, whereas the Rangers are finishing up a series against the Astros on Sunday. If the the Rangers could pull out a nice win on Sunday, that would be big for them entering the series. We saw them win game one of their series against the Astros and then they lost game two 0 to1 against that uh against the Astros on Saturday. And that’s been the issue with the Rangers this season. Those bats have just been so damn inconsistent. When it comes to the pitching match up in this one, looks like you got Jose Quatana on the mount for the Brewers. And then I’m seeing Jacob Latz is going to be the projected starter. I’m seeing a lot of 2B determinance as well, but my sources are telling me Jacob Latz. Jacob Latz has been decent. I mean, 315 ERA, he’s coming off a decent start where he pitched five and a third against the Dbacks, only allowed two earn runs in that game. So, Jacob Latz, I feel like, is a guy he’s been kind of felt fine under the radar this season, but he hasn’t been bad when you look at his numbers. And then Jose Quintanana on the other hand, he’s had some really bright spots during the season. But, you know, in his last start, he gave up three earning the Phillies. The start before that, he gave up six earning to Diamondbacks. So, kind of seems like he’s not in the best form. And overall, guys, I think I’m going to take a shot here with the Rangers getting some plus money. This game just means so much more for them. It really does. and Jose Quintana as of late has been a bit volatile. If the Rangers were able to get off a guy in well pause if the Rangers were able to have success against a guy in this Brewers rotation, I actually think Jose Quitan is probably the guy they do. Um because who else is Let’s see who else is going to be pitching for uh for the Brewers in this series. Let’s see. Let’s see. Looks like Yeah. And so they’re gonna after after they go against Guatana, looks like they’re going to have to go against Freddy Ponta. That’s not going to be easy. And then they’re going against Quinn Per who’s been pretty rock solid this season as well. So I think if the Rangers want to squeak out a game, this is a good chance for them to do it. So I’m going to take the Rangers on the money line. And also the Rangers have been a pretty damn good at global I feel. Like we could trust the Rangers at home on the road. You’re rarely rarely seeing me pick the Rangers, but at home with what’s on the line, I think they could pull this one out. So, I’m going to be on the Texas Rangers in this game, guys.
