  1. It’s funny how little this was advertised in Slovenia. I was not a huge NBA fan before Luka and honestly If you asked me, I wouldn’t know we had a Laker before Luka or a player with 2 rings…

  2. They don’t make role players for the Lakers like they used to.

    But more then anything, that forehead leaning and pat on the head by Kobe must have meant the world.

  3. I met him last year and, goddamnit, what a friendly dude. When I shook his hand I said “thanks for those free throws” and he responded “you know it”, while blinking one eye and doing a finger gun haha.

  4. I’m not kidding when I say I still randomly think of this moment 15 years on. Dude was cold as ice when the team (and all of LA) needed it most. Metta also came through.
