Feels like Déjà vu…but not for us this time.

  1. Why else do you think the Steelers were shopping a guy with that much talent? He is a head case and going to Dallas seems like sending an alcoholic into a liquor store

  2. I was just over there in their sub. Apparently they believe with dak and the other leaders they have he will turn it around…

  3. Old enough to remember when everyone here was screaming “GEORGE ISNT GETTING ENOUGH TARGETS.” If you’re not doing the little things, you’re not gonna be trusted with the big things.

  4. It’s a good thing Jerry Jones doesn’t watch NFL news, otherwise he’d have seen what happens to every WR we’ve traded away over the past few years.

  5. He was barely targeted and Ceedee was constantly in double/triple coverage. Not what it would probably look like if he was putting effort in, so this makes sense.

I thought *maybe* the trade would light a fire under his ass, but I guess not.

  6. Let’s see. Pickens running routes half assed when he’s not getting the ball. ✅

Pickens doing something stupid to hurt his team with a 15 yard penalty.✅
Just wait until his sideline tantrum happens. So glad this clown is gone. Thanks Jerry.

  7. Crazy to me there is still a fair amount of people on this sub upset he was traded and/or think his value was significantly more than we got back (doubtful or they would have got more)

  8. I noticed it in person last year. It was obvious when he wasn’t getting the ball due to his body language and lack of effort at the snap. I’m sure smart defenses keyed off of that and knew they didn’t have to cover him as well and could likely assume it was a run.

  9. Any WR that gets released or traded from Pittburgh is always trouble and coaches around the league should know that by now, bad decision making on the Cowboys so they need to deal with it.

  10. He’s all about the business, if he’s not going to get the ball, he doesn’t want to have any chance whatsoever of getting hurt.

No one told him that the likelihood of getting a big time wr1 contract means actually putting some effort into the play all the time

  11. Absolutely was mt biggest complaint about GP and hurt the team. If he isnt the first or second read, he doesn’t run. Which means if the first two cant get open and we need to go to a scramble drill to find an open man, GP is still only 5 yards downfield taking himself out of the play, but also meaning the safety or other support can ignore him and help cover the other guys. So not only can he not make the play, odds are no one will

  12. Week one haha, their running game is going to go to shit too once he really starts refusing to block. Convinced this is why teams said they 100% knew the play call presnap last year. George may as well have been holding a sign

  13. It’s a shame. He’s got all the innate talent in the world, but his mental approach the game is lacking.

He could be an all Pro WR.
