8. Grew up in Portland so most times when they were playing in Seattle I got to go see him and mo and Jorge. He’s my favorite player of all time and not many people get to say they saw them play live. I was lucky enough to get to watch h his last game at SafeCo (now T-Mobile). Had a fantastic day at the plate and during his last AB, literally every person in the stadium (M’s fans included) was on their feet doing the Derek Jeter chant. Surreal to see the respect he garnered in person and hear that many people chanting his name.
