I’m just not sure how you bring him back with the huge log jam that you have. And you can let me know in the comments. Am I missing something? But you have Ade who’s got to play first or DH. And the only argument I would say is if Bryce isn’t ready yet, you could at least bring Dominus Mcbat to the start of the season and then look to move him once Bryce Eldridge is ready. But if Bryce Eldridge starts 2026 in the big leagues, that’s Dominic Smith and they’re all lefty. That’s the other part, right? So that’s Dominic Smith waiting for opportunities when Devs just gets a day off and when Bryce Eldridge just gets a day off, which I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that. I just think that Dominic Smith is actually better than that. And I think that Dominic Smith actually could get more opportunity somewhere else. So, that’s where I’m at with the uh with the Dominic Smith conversation. I’d love to bring him back. If Bryce Eldridge didn’t exist, I would for sure bring Dominic Smith back, but I would rather get Bryce Eldridge up here to start the season, have him start as a DH, right? Or if they feel like his his first base defense is there now, have him have him be your starting first baseman. I know Dess would like to be in the field. So that’s why I said Bryce could start out as DH, but I I just am I’m struggling to figure out how Dominic Smith is going to get the at bats that he deserves.
