  3. You all have to realise that the team didn’t want to screw Giddey over completely just because they could. They want him to be a happy player. At the end of the day they wanted him there and he wanted to be there. If he signed the qualifying offer then he was leaving after 1 year. So if the team actually wanted him, and he is an asset, then they had to treat him as an asset. You want your team to get better not worse and having a happy Josh Giddey is better than having him on a qualifying offer or pissed that he got screwed over.

  5. That idiot in the grey shirt saying he would have sticked to the $20 million per year offer just because no one else could afford to give him more really does send a pretty shitty message. I know you could do that, but Josh could also have signed the qualifying offer, which the Bulls didn’t want him to. So both had reasons to move from what they originally started at. Don’t act like Josh had absolutely no leverage at all. The difference with Cam Thomas is that the Nets didn’t really want him long term. But I think Josh is a much different player to Cam Thomas. He makes other players in the team better. I Josh will get even better than he is now. He is only 22 for Gods sake. He has improved his shooting each year and I expect that to continue.

  7. Why don’t you guys talk about the rest of the team like you are so negative on Giddey. The other 13 are worse than him.
