I know people in this sub have been very against Arraez the lineup, but why would you sit him with a RHP on the opposing mound, and have Iglesias play short instead of Crone?
How many innings do we think Shildt lets him go?

The top 6 is the best lineup combo we have at least that’s been recognized. Still would rather have Crone at short, but I can see why they would want Iggy with King on the mound. But this is going to be a fucking issue in the playoffs. We can’t be starting Iglesias. Crone should get as many reps as possible. I still have no faith Xander can play short in the postseason with that injury.
By god he’s actually doing it. This is too often to call “rest”. Credit to Shildt.

Using the right-left-right-left lineup all the way down. If X isn’t available for the playoffs, I’m pretty sure Crone will play SS, however Shildt is unpredictable.
Why not tatis ss just sayingggg!!! Down vote me idc but who doesn’t wanna see him or even Jackson at SS someday throughout their contract with us still. Even tho there’s nothing like Tatis robbing HR’s in the outfield. I remember the highlights he was having at short
