  1. We avoid the four-game losing streak once again.

Another gem from Horton, Shaw had the big hit we were dying for, and Thielbar and Brown didn’t mess around.

  2. Matty S baby, good to bounce back and Horton with another gem.

Also, Ben Brown pitched some real nice stuff after the first out. Picking him out because he looked nervous, and I was a bit “wtf” seeing him come in. Let’s take the series tomorrow.

  3. Looking good. This only made the MLB the Show Horton card I’m looking to get from the August packs more expensive in the auction.

  4. Cade, PCA & Matt – our boys of the game!! Our future of the game too. Awesome game guys!!

  5. Cade deserves to be the Game 1 starter in the WC but I’m leaning toward wanting him start the second game (if the first game is lost). If the first game is won, then save him for the third if it comes to that and if not then he can be the Game 1 starter in the NLDS.

In an ideal world I like this but I may be overthinking it lol

  6. Horton is next in the line of great Cubs pitchers. Fergie, Maddux, Wood, Lester, Hendricks-level

  7. Imanaga – Horton – Boyd – Steele – Taillon – Assad/Wiggins

If our bullpen is even league average next year we do not need to worry about pitching period
