Tennessee Titans fan is fired up as Dan Orlovsky has HIGH PRAISE for Cam Ward!

Tennessee Titans fans, yesterday Dan Orlovski put out a tweet where he said that Cam Ward tape talking about the Cam Ward game film from Sunday against Denver. Everybody wondered what he meant. He went on the Pat McAfee show today and clarified. Let’s check out this clip of Dan Orlosski giving his thoughts on Cam Ward’s film. Cam Ward, I just saw you tweet. I saw a couple other guys tweet as well. I didn’t watch as much of that game. You look at the stat sheet, look at the box scores, doesn’t look great. I saw a clip, I believe, of his father up in the stands getting pissed off, too. What is the number one pick, Cam Ward? What does his tape look like? I don’t even want to know. I don’t even know what Cam Ward’s dad said when they got in that car to go to go back to their hotel or wherever they were staying. I bet that man was mad. I know he was facing a very sub tweet. So, uh, yeah, he didn’t even include a bruh, bro. Yeah, he had a bra. What did it look like? Strategy. It’s close to tearing. Okay. Yeah. Or being a con. I don’t think you’re a clown. Shut up, Connor. Um, easy. Easy. Yeah, I I was like blown away by his tape. I thought his tape looked awesome, dude. Like, he throws the Tennessee’s got a guy. Like, Tennessee’s got a guy. his this guy’s talent of throwing a football. Tennessee’s got a guy. Listen, we’ve been overly negative for nearing the last 48 hours because of the coach, because of some of the other things about this team that are not good at all and weren’t good Sunday. But if you’re looking for the silver lining, if you are looking for the sun coming up over the horizon, listen to what Dan just said right there. The Tennessee Titans have a guy. The Tennessee Titans have a dude at quarterback. And I believe it after watching Sunday. I know you look at his final stats and you say, “Well, what in the world?” But if you watch the game and especially if you’ve dove into the film like Dan has, you know, you know the Titans have something very special. They have someone very special at quarterback if they can just get the stuff around him that he needs, which they don’t have right now apparently. Is off the charts. They win the game if they don’t have like eight drops. I I I counted like that play is awesome. That that’s like I that reminds me of like Joe Burrowish type stuff. Um, I just the the ability for him to thread the needle on some of the throws and just to cut the ball loose with what he’s looking at, I was wildly impressed with. I mean, that defense is awesome. Awesome. Awesome. And he made some throws that were I mean, dude, I got drops on one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight drops. His dad has those eight drops. your rookie quarterback went out there and had it in mind to pull off a huge upset. And what was what was he met with? He was met with eight drops and a coach that doesn’t know the rules. God, he deserved better Sunday. His dad was catching. He saw all of this. He was sick of him getting up just going over Judeo the guy right 6140 he caught the ball stre I haven’t even thought about I mean listen if he gets to the point where you need a wide receiver that can catch the ball and get on the same page with Cam maybe everybody’s favorite practice squad wide receiver makes his way to the main roster at some point we get a little Xavier Restrepo Oh, could you imagine there with Andrew? He he cuts it loose, man. He is crazy talented throwing the ball. Now, I’ll give you two things. Like, yes, there are times when he’s got to be like, Cam, you can’t take that sack. Like, he takes backtoback sacks that takes them out of field goal range. Uh, he did that in college. He’s got to learn from that. He will. Would be my expectation. And there are also some times that he fires the freaking ball in there and I’m like, could you have taken a little bit off to help him? Um, he’s got the like the touch. He does. It’s I see that in some cases, but some of those it’s just like, you know, and you’re talking about Calvin Ridley, it’s like, dude, you’re getting paid $100 million. Like, catch the ball. Um, but you know when when you start talking about that kind of stuff like you’re talking about a rookie in his first game against Denver and if the biggest things you can see that he needs to work on is hey like sometimes he holds on to the ball too long and sometimes he throws it too hard. I mean that’s pretty good. Like if that’s if that’s the big takeaway. He holds on to the ball too long and sometimes he throws too hard, puts a little too much on it. In week one, like dude, we’ve seen some rookies come in and in week one it’s like he doesn’t see the field. He doesn’t know what he’s doing. He doesn’t understand the playbook. He doesn’t know how to audible. He doesn’t know how to check out. He’s throwing it too wide. He’s throwing it too high. He’s throwing it too low. He’s turning the ball over. If the only things you could say about Cam after this game is sometimes he holds on to the ball too long and sometimes he puts a little too much on it, dude that I’m not going to say those are easy fixes, especially holding on to the ball long, but like that’s stuff you can work with, right? This isn’t a you know there’s some guys who throw everything as a fast ball. That’s not like like that’s not the the case here. I just I just that throw is sick. I’m telling you. I mean he’s got I wish I had B-roll for you guys. He’s got eight drops that you’re like, “Yo, that throw is off the charts.” So, hear what Dan says. If the Titans could have just caught the ball in spite of Callahan, in spite of Callahan not knowing the rules, not uh not challenging plays, not making good play calls. In spite of that, Dan says if his receivers would have just caught the ball, the Titans would have won this game. And it goes back to what I said yesterday on the podcast in a very overly emotional episode. His team let him down. Cam Ward showed up to play. He showed up to win. And the people around him failed him. His coach failed him. His receivers failed him. And certain people on his offensive line failed him. Whether it’s guys not knowing how to run the play, like we’re running a wide receiver screen and there’s nobody there to catch the ball cuz they’re all blocking cuz none of them knows who’s supposed to get the ball. Or maybe it’s, you know, I I don’t know. uh the the sequence at before half whe when you do three straight pass plays from your own 5 yardd line or whatever and it causes a near safety and then we have to punt the ball and they score a touchdown or whether it’s not knowing the rule and and challenging an obvious catch by Ellio Manor or Calvin Ridley’s drops the the Tennessee Titans failed Cam Ward on Sunday not the other way around the Tennessee Titans failed their defense their offense failed their defense defense. And that is a story that we have heard way too many times with this team. Going back to the Vrabel days, the defense did all they could and the offense failed them. Tale is old as time, man. My one thing that gives me hope is that I believe Cam is the guy that can help turn it around. I do believe that. I think he is the guy that can start steering this thing in the right direction, but it’s going to take time. It’s going to take time. I do appreciate Dan setting some people straight, though. some people that tried to make this about Cam when it’s not about Cam in this game. It’s It’s about a lot of other people that failed Cam. Tighten up everybody. by

  1. Quite honestly we could've been like Miami vs the Colts… we didn't against 1 of the better quote un quote AFC teams who did make the playoffs last season… with 1 of the best defenses n the NFL…

  2. Restrepo would’ve caught all that 💩 they should’ve had him with cam during the preseason I guarantee Cams stats would’ve been way better than with these vet WRs we got. I rather have the rookies start at WRs and TE tbh ⚔️

  3. Next year it’s likely assistant gm lance newmark and Kliff kingsbury will both leave Washington as a package you need to get them in Tennessee!

  4. Man I said the same thing after Sunday’s game lol. Call up Restrepo and tell him it’s time. He may not be the tallest or the fastest player on the field, that’s not his skillset, what he is though is a shifty route runner that can get open and most importantly he can reliably catch the ball.

  5. This might sound crazy, but I need all Titans fans to take that breath. Mariota's first game. What did he do? Four touchdowns perfect passerating and how did his career work out with the Titans? Will Levis same thing four touchdown game first career start, how did his career work out? This might be a great sign that we got a good quarterback finally that he didn't throw a perfect game

  6. Bro what I’ve been trying to tell our fans is Cam Ward is yes a GUY, but everybody asking for Callahan to be fired… Cally is damn near a rookie head coach and play caller too. He had Will Levis and Mason Rudolph with an even worse offensive line last year. Cally is still learning too now with a competent QB. Not excusing the whole challenge thing but acting like he should be an experienced play caller and head coach after he dealt with all the Will Levis and Mason Rudolph bullshit last year is crazy.

  7. I don't think it will take time as I believe we have the team that will suprise the league and make moves this season towards the playoffs. 3 things need to happen.

    1. Callihan needs to be FAR better at situational play calling and play calls in general. He simply calls too many plays thats allowing Cam to throw way down field. Attacking defenses like that ONLY works if your O-line holds up 90% of the time. Our guys clearly can't, so he needs to mix in passing plays for short yardage to beat the rush.

    2. Receivers need to catch the damn ball. Plain and simple.

    3. Can't be having all those penalties killing our drives.

Had all 3 of these things were done this past game, Denver looses and if we have the capability to beat Denver, then we already have a team to make a run now. Not saying we can run deep but I think we could win the division based on what I saw (especially on defense).

  8. WE do need SAVIOR RESTREPO getting his shot I was SCREAMING at the ROOFTOPS wondering why in the PHUCK would not put the ONE GUY that catches CAM's BALLS cough FOR A RECORD SETTING WR at MIAMI ffs as a NASHVILLE NATIVE born in 85 I AM SICK OF THIS INCOMPETENT decision making too the MAX with this ORGANIZATION

  9. Cam deserves a much better coach to take advantage of his talents, develope him, PROTECT him and stop throwing him to the wolves every third down, after running up the middle every 1st and 2nd.
