St. Louis Cardinals vs Seattle Mariners – FULL GAME HIGHLIGHTS | September 9, 2025 MLB Season

This is slapped out towards the alleyway in left center field. Rosarena is there to make the catch. Well, especially knowing where you’re standing, right? You’re making that decision after the fact and you’re going, “Okay, we’re we’re playing good baseball right now. Three in a row. Shallow center field and Scott covers some ground and able to get there. Out to left field. This is in front of the warning track and the catch made. The 01 to Julio. Julio the opposite way in front of the warning track. Newar is there. That is a very quick inning. Now Contreras fights this one off. That’s the third straight three ball count from Kirby. It ends up being a base hit for the Cardinals. Contrarus is aboard. So you’re not having full access to it all the time, but clearly in the morning. Rosarena is unable to get the make the catch and it rolls to the corner. Contraras is into third base. He’s going to come around to score as Gorman is into second and the Cardinals are on the board first. would be able to retrieve that ball. Out to the gap in right center field. Gorman is being waved in. He’s on his way home and score standing. Three straight hits to open up this top of the second. The Cardinals lead at two nothing. They’re printing fewer of them, but in higher quality apparently the one-two ground ball. It is smothered by Palanco. Crawford has no play over to first base. Palco able to keep that on the infield and get an important first out of the inning. Batting ninth and at second base. Scott, a great base stealer, is on his way to second and he swipes second base. That’s his 32nd stolen bag this year. Center field. Scott gives some ground is on the warning track and reels it in. One away. broken bat and it works out for him. Gino into second. Naylor a single to the Ford sports test. Jen, good base Steelers sit on a pitch to third base brings Gorman right there. He steps on it, throws over to first base to retire the side. Mariners looked like they had something going but instead held off the board after two. Ground ball. That should take care of a couple of runners. Two outs. Well, he is really late on a 96 mph fast ball. Now the throw from Randy. It’s offline and Burlson tiptoes in. It works out for him. It turns out to be a double for Burlson. Would have came off the field immediately, but he was expecting the replay. Roé swipes second base. Easy. Highf fly ball belted back and Randy Rose clanks it up the upper deck on the ground over to second base for me is there tonight. Out number two. Oh that is paint. Broken bat little looper and it drops into no man’s land. That sends the Jay-Z on his way into third and all of a sudden the Cardinals threatening. They’ve got runners on the corners a walk and a broken bat single. It hits off the bag Gino the carum and he Oh, he’s out. Have you ever seen that before? [Applause] 3-2 again and it’s in the dirt. Never threw him a fast ball. Finished him with the knuckle curve ball and it’s in the dirt and now the bases are loaded. So that infield RBI base hit followed by a wide. The Mariners a three-run third to take the lead but the Cardinals are run in the top half of this fourth to even it back up as Palano pops this just beyond the infield dirt. For me makes the catch. Although we haven’t seen a pitch yet. Whacked right field. This ball is giving the Mariners the lead. Josh Naylor [Music] [Applause] on the ground and it is smothered to Jay-Z roles. Too much speed. Safe with an infield base hit and it gets right underneath the glove of Gorman. Now the Mariners now have them loaded for the top of the order. Really slowed down with that curveball. Randy deep enough to bring home a run. Garber is on his way to the plate. It’s a sacrifice fly and a 5-3 Mariners lead. He strikes him out. Back-to-back punchouts by Ferguson. out to center field. Back at the wall and Scott’s got just enough room in Julio’s office. He makes the catch off the end of the bat. This is hanging up there in the gap and Scott makes the catch. Ley retires a sign in order. Five in the books. Julio and the Mariners of a skill to learn I would guess. Yes. Uh, so you you would imagine that the learning curve is going to be long and not easy because if you don’t have that experience through all of those years and you realize that you helped a guy get through a game, get through a tough situation. Julio underneath it. Some really good middle relief pitching. Ferguson and Bazardo have combined to go six up and six down. This is a base hit. Third hit tonight for Naylor. That was uh off the plate, shall we say. Here’s JP with two apps and a man on line. Almost picks off Roace right field. Victor Roblace the turn and the Mariners have him parked on the corners. [Applause] The one two a wave and a miss. Got him with the hook and a Rosarena strikes out the Mariners strand two onto the seventh. I think I don’t think God made enough left-handers out there, right? Seems like there’s always short supply. This has a little carry to it, but Ry’s got room. Two up and two down. And here comes a righty and Herrera for Spire to face deep right center field and oh, Julio, one of his all-time greats. What can’t Julio do? Another popup. For me makes the catch. Is that a punt? Cracked. Man, that was scalded to the base of the wall. Cal motoring into third base. It’s a stand up double. He would throw it as hard as he could. Splits the left side for a base hit. Contraras aboard his second hit on a curve ball and a fast ball. Spin rate on a on a change up. He’s going to create more movement as well. Another dirty change up from Brash. A criminal Matt Brash. Utter nastiness from Brash in the eighth. ground ball to short and Roblace is out. Swinging a miss as Crawford goes down on strikes. 3-2. Big chopper over to third base and Randy. Yeah. Oh, it’s dropped. Rebas stays put. It’s dropped at first base by Contras on a low throw from Nolan Gorman. Randy a headlong slide and he’s out at second base. Ground ball. Naylor who is winded from the back. Slide tackles and Munoz is there. One away. 3-2. He got him. He burns it in there at 98 m an hour. Two outs. Oh my [Music] soft chopper. Munoz lets it go past the Palanco charges. Quick release and that’s the ball game. The Mariners win it. They have won the series. Don’t look now. The Mariners are a game outside of first place. What a great turnaround over the last four games as the Mariners have starting to put together a nice little winning streak here. A lot of good things to talk about

  1. アロザレーナあそこは走っちゃダメだろ。あの場面でローリー、フリオなんだから。。あそこで点が入っていてもマリナーズの監督はムニョスを投入しただろうけど。頑張れ。

  2. Naylor and Geno were good investments. Geno is our spirit. Naylor is our gritty idgaf attitude. Along with Julio playing lights out ball. Cals big bat. Arozarena and polo too.. If everyone can lock in our team is a problem. Hopefully they lock in a good winning streak for the end of the season.
