Houston Astros vs Toronto Blue Jays – FULL GAME HIGHLIGHTS | September 9, 2025 MLB Season
outing for Bieber. This is second home start, his fourth start overall as a Blue Jay. And this game is underway with Jeremy Pñena sending one to deep left center field. And it’s going to be off the wall up above the reach of Vo. He couldn’t quite climb the wall high enough to get there. Runner at third, one out, infield in. And the 3-2 is hit in the air to center and deep. Varo is back, jumps, and it’s gone. Carlos Koreah hits a home run to straightaway center field and the Astros are up early. [Applause] Moore starts that velocity will tick up. Well, he got Springer to reach for that one. was right on the outside corner, but a fly ball to left field where Mauricio Duban makes the play. One down. Timber. All you have to do is go look at the box score and see who was there, who wasn’t. Off the glove of Garcia and that is caught. That’s caught on the fly. That ball never hit the ground. He can hit for average. He’s a good center fielder. They are very happy to get him back. He’ll lift a fly ball to right. This one is playable for Lucas as well. And that’s out number two. A little easier play right there. He didn’t have to move. Ground ball to third. Barer backs up a half step and fires it across the infield to Guerrero to retire Duvon and the Astros. Highf fly ball to center. Fairly deep but playable for Jake Meyers. And that’ll be the inning. End of two here for the Rogers Center. Two to nothing Astros. Ground ball to third. Barger to second. One is to first for two [Applause] in the air to center. Baro back and he’s got it. jumping up into the wall and this is popped up. Guerrero saying to Jimenez, “I got it.” And he does. One down. He’s in 2022. Ground ball to third. Barger to his left, spins around and throws him out down the left field line and that will get in there fair into the corner. Yordon Alvarez with his second hit of the night [Applause] in the air to right playable for Lucas and the side is retired. Can win that game. Ernie Clement swings at the first pitch and he will pop it up for Altuve at second. And that’s the first. Here’s Andres Jimenez. Barger still at first. Now two down and Jimenez pops it up. Payback makes the catch and it’s another line drive to right field. Back goes Lucas and he’s got it on the track for out number one. couldn’t come up with a big hit Saturday or Sunday and Walker waves at that one. Beaver gets him. Two down and that is in left. A base hit and that will score a run. On his way to third is Meyers. Into second is Diaz as the 01 Here’s one high and deep to left field. And the first hit of the night is a home run for George Springer. Number 28 on the season. And it’s a two-run game. What a season George’s had. A good start here in the bottom of the six. Still a lot of baseball here tonight. Lucas gets jammed. It’s going to center and it is caught by Meyers making a nice sliding catch for out. Lot going on. Two-2 and swinging a miss. That one up and in with the slider. And now he lifts a highf fly to left center. Not deep at all. And it’ll be the left fielder Duban to make the catch. that led the who’s a Blue Jay fan. He is rooting for the Tigers in that game. Here’s one back towards the mound barehanded by Rodriguez. And man, that was coming in hot to Vlatty at first. Fly ball left center, not deep at all. Good pitch. Got it down and away just where he wanted it. Now Chip chased it. You know the Yankees thousand and change here for the Rogers Center tonight. That time it looked like he went and he did. Little will strike out Walker and that’ll retire the Astro Rafito and Jimenez could be pinch hit for this one to left center field and it’s down between the outfielders and up against the wall and Addison Barger leads off the inning with a double. There you are with base runners who comes up to the plate. Lament with a fly ball to left field, but it is playable for Dubon. And out number one, their best in the middle part of the season. They were getting these rallies here. Here’s a ground ball to third. Koreah will look barger back. And that’s out number two. And strike three called to end the inning. They get a leadoff double by Barger, but that’s it. There is David Schneider. He is in left. And now Jake Meyers sends the first pitch to deep center. Caught by Baro. Another great play up against the wall by Dol. Ground ball up the middle. Kinder Fale will step on the bag and fire to Gret who was originally drafted by Houston. grounds one to short. Two down. Tying run. [Applause] Ground ball to the right side. Backhanded by Walker. And the inning is over. No runs a base in. He had no walks and a couple strikeouts. Jeremy Pena up there swinging at the first pitch. Kirk thinks he might have a play and he will. And a weak ground ball to first. Guerrero to Dominguez. Two down. There goes the runner. And it’s hit in the air to left. Not deep. In comes Schneider and he makes the catch for the third out. Hits tonight, but they’ve got an opportunity here in the bottom of the ninth. Swing and a miss. 96 up and out of the zone. One down to center field. A base hit. Heidman up to second. That’s Ernie’s second hit again. [Applause] Outside ball four and the bases are loaded. A line drive into the left to base hit. Hean scores. Clement on his way to the plate and the game is tied. The throw to the back stop and the other runners advance. What a moment for Isaiah Ker Falefa. One bowl, two strikes on straw. Lifts a fly ball shallow center field. Meyers is on and makes the catch. [Applause] Ground ball to first. Guerrero going to third and they got to. What a play by Vladimir Guerrero Jr. Runner goes. Throw down by Heinan on a bounce and not in time. It’ll be a stolen base for Trel. Yeah, man. That’s very difficult for a guy. And he’s popped him up. Hean is there. So is Guerrero. Guerrero will make the play. Two down. Highf fly to center. Playable. Vario. Side retired. The pitch. Swung on and missed. Elevated fast ball to get Varo for out number one. Kimbell out in front. One and two. There goes Guerrero. And a ground ball to first. Strong coming home and the Blue Jays win it. Heat. [Applause] Heat. [Applause]

That one saved us #1 in the American League ( for now)
Jays with 40+ comeback wins this season…. incredible!
Nice win!
Walker step the hell up man. Dude is an automatic strikeout lately.
John Schneider got bailed out big time today.
i gave up before the 9th inning until i saw the comments😂😅😂way to go blue jays!
Jays have some bad games like every team but they battle just like every team. Baseball is amazing never know whats gonna happen you get hot, start messing with pitcher. What a thrill
HOUSTON WE HAVE A PROBLEM!!!!!
that vladdy play in 10 inning was crazy
The heart break kids let's Go!!
The best is Yankee lose today and Jay has a 3 game lead
Im not sleepin to-nite, BH
New York New York sounds so Nice I gotta say it twice, BH
What a game! What a comeback!
Never in doubt
Davis Schneider quietly putting together a great season. Kids eye at the plate has improved a lot …does a great job getting on base
Character win
That play by vladdy was insanely underrated
Way to use all your innings. Scoring with 1-2 outs can put a dent in your opponent’s ego
The Astros offense is pathetic. They just can’t get that multi RBI hit to drive in the runners they put on base.
Altuve sucks. Dude has fallen off a cliff
I was there, what a game. Jays are on a 10 wins streak when I go.🔥
Best come back club in baseball
That throw to 3rd was crazy
I knew they could do it. Go Jays.
Wow!!!!
Schneider used the bullpen correctly for this game. Have Bieber pitch to the 6th, then only have the relief/closers pitch for 1 inning and keep replacing until the game ends, lol. If you leave Little, Hoffman, Rodríguez, Nance, or Domínguez for longer then 3 innings they'll lose the game. Better just to squeeze the most out of them in 2 innings max.
Ramon Urias hasn't played in a game recently. Has he been demoted to the minor leagues or was he on the bench for the entire game today?
astros ain't cheating no more
Yet another amazing game by the Jays. Bullpen was solid too.
And thank goodness the Jays don't have wildly unlikeable players like Altuve, Valdez…
Fitting that IKF got the big hit in a season defined by role players
Altuve choked so hard we love that
Good win boys. Let's do it again tomorrow!

I'm getting really tired of the Astros losing these games at the last minute.
That sonny barger is a gangster.
I was at the game. Felt that comeback coming
A painting of why would you be tired anyways you know who's going to tell the world series you know it's going to be in New York in the dodgers in the world series why are you all the time
