Randy Moss HYPED after J.J. McCarthy’s rushing touchdown puts Vikings up by 10 | ManningCast

I like that. And and Eli, I mean, essentially that was a run, right? I that’s a that’s a screen pass. That’s a that’s a catch and sort of carry. The linemen are going to be out in front and kind of carry him. We got to get this first down right here. This is the play right here. Quarterback keeper. Stay touchdown. Young touchdown. Touchdown. [Applause] There you go. Yes. KO. Great call. That’s the youngster coming in there. [Applause] Hey, whoever sent that tweet out, make it three uh make it three touchdowns in the second half. Said it too early. Hey, what do you think? I guess you got a score right there, right? You make it a two-score game. It’s not like the game. Yeah, you got a timeout left. You got two-minute warning and you could all of a sudden go three and out and kick a field goal. Now you’re down six and they still got, you know, a minute minute and a half left on the clock. Might might just go down to the one and just score on the maybe just make them use one more of those timeouts, score on the next play. I mean, now getting an onside kick is so hard. You guys want to talk about I’m talking about confidence in a young football player. I don’t care what position is, but you got your young quarterback in his second year in his first game of the season coming out right there with a with a play like that. You talking about swag. Wish we would have gave us a grittier a better celebration, but that was good. You know what? I I liked also that he that he, you know, they struggled the first half. He threw a pick six, so like he knows it’s not easy, you know. So he he was probably humbled a little bit, but then, you know, fought through it, made some plays, made some throws, got into a rhythm, just knowing that, hey, each week’s going to be different. You’re going to have some bad plays and but you got to keep grinding, but you understand you got to keep working at this every week to to make those make those improvements every week. [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music]

  1. Eli yelling "don't score!!" on JJ's touchdown run is why he's sitting on a couch watching instead of playing. There's almost 3 minutes left in the game and you can go up 2 scores. Clock management is the coach's job. Look what Josh Allen did with 4 minutes. Gotta put that boot on their throat when you get the chance.

  2. When Caleb Williams released a book about how he did not want to play for Chicago and everyone was hyping this team like crazy, I thought, what a perfect time to place a bet on them being worse than last season and blowing it up. I figured that Cam Newton was probably the only QB that ever had any success with a negative leadership traits. Seem I may have been right..

  3. I remember the feeling Vikings fans have right now when I saw Josh Allen throw a td to Robert Foster in 2018 that still to this day defied all human logic and said to myself we finally have a QB.
