I think we should run the ball less this week
The run-blocking and Drake Maye making easy throws to open guys will determine how good the offense is.
Didn’t get to watch week 1 until Tuesday night as I was visiting family but it wasn’t that disheartening a loss. It was sloppy more than anything, which can be fixed. Really need to get the OL in a rhythm run blocking. Both Stevenson and Henderson missed some open lanes too. Also fixable. Boutte and Diggs looked good. There were more opportunities for Maye to get Pop besides the TD
Maye’s high sprays worry me but he made some really nice throws too
Dolphins look to be missing another two offensive linemen on Sunday.
I hate to be hyperbolic, but it really is panic button time if we lose on Sunday. I know it’s historically been a house of horrors for us, but this Dolphins team is god awful.
i dont have a great feeling about this game pats have sucked in miami for years and say what you will about Tua but hes 7-0 against us. Both teams coming off losses and the pats arent there yet offensively
Why the NFL is shit. Let me caveat this I am a big Pats fan and its been a rough 5 years. I am seeing massive flaws in spending my Sunday evening (UK resident) watching this dumb game. I am South African so I also follow rugby and 40 minutes had passed since the game started and only 12 minutes of actual game time had passed, thats an entire half of rugby….. See when The Pats were winning I did not see these issues, I was drinking beers laughing at The Jets and Dolphins. But just like any relationship hard times show the cracks and whats actually wrong. How did I spend 4 hours every Sunday. Staying up until a stupid hour watching this team.
I was optimistic this season, I thought shit something is happening, something is changing its going to be great. BUT then Sunday happened and I will be back this weekend, watching on Sunday bitching about the ads getting annoyed. Every Sunday I will watch this team and be beaten. This is an abusive relationship. Fuck you and I will be back next Sunday. Thank you for your time
