he would take a paycut of $8.70 a year if it meant he was still playing in pittsburgh
As much as I might want him, Crosby being in any other uniform is just wrong. Like a Staal not being a Hurricane.
As cool as it would be, the dude’s not leaving Pittsburgh. I admire that—personally, I’d be chasing more Cups—but I respect his devotion nonetheless.
I’d love to get Crosby on a one-year deal as a full-season rental. He should certainly be allowed to finish his career as a Penguin.
i almost don’t want sidney crosby to leave the penguins even if he was coming here. the penguins is his legacy, a legend like him should spend his entire career a pen
The Pens front office would get torched to the ground if they traded Crosby. They’d lose at least a generation of fans.
I’d love it, but there’s no way.
Geno would make more sense, and I think he’d be more open to a deadline deal.
IF—and that’s a huge, huge if—he was ever to get traded, he’d go to Colorado to play with MacKinnon. He’s never gonna go anywhere within the same division.
