Manny is playing really good, huh? Heās such a superstar and reliable. Great leader. Upstanding guy and has always played clean baseball. So clutch too. So glad the guys have someone to look up to. And the way he chews gum and blows bubbles after a strikeout is MLB The Show cover material.

The division is still too close to call in my opinion. Yes my Dodgers took care of business with the Rockies, but weāre talking about baseball and any and everything is possible. So donāt give up yet on your Padresā¦.yet. Letās see how the weekend goes. If LA can manage a series win in SF or even better, a sweep then you guys might be in real trouble.

Did we trade six minor leaguers at the deadline for Laureano and Mason McCoy, or Laureano and OāHearn? Somebody might want to remind Shildt! The fact that OāHearns spot in the lineup made the final out is comical. Mason McCoy should NEVER be in a close game. This offense and Shildt need to clean it up ASAP.
