I’m not sure where to post this as the hockey fandom subreddit and the vintage hockey subreddit haven’t been frequented in a long time. I’ve come across a family member’s estate and she was a huge islanders fan, specifically in the 70s and 80. I’ve been selling things on eBay but I can’t figure out what this ticket stub was for specifically. I don’t see any blue colored ones for the 1979-1980 playoffs on eBay. Please forgive me lack of hockey knowledge. Could anyone possibly help me identify whether it would be worth money or not? Thank you so
very much and again, apologies if this is the wrong subreddit and if someone could redirect me to the correct one, I’d appreciate it!

This would have been from the Quarterfinal Round that season vs the Bruins. I can’t remember though if the Game number printed on the ticket was for the 4th scheduled game or the 4th actual game (they had 3 scheduled home games in the prelim round but only needed to play 2). So it’s either Game 3 (Isles won 5-3) or Game 4 (Isles lost 4-3) from that series.
Tickets were blue or orange. Blue tickets were in the upper bowl (300s) and orange in the lower bowl (100s & 200s)
first home game of round 2 game 3 of boston series
Man, I wish I saved my ticket from the game Bossy scored his 500th. Empty netter against the Bruins.
I had season tickets for a few years in 90’s. I was section 304 seats 1&2 just dont remember row. Closer to P than A for sure
