I knew as soon as they decided to rest Skubal that we would let them have the W. Very not believable timing on that roster move. What’s 1 more day of rest going to do?

I noticed Flaherty throw out a ton of balls yesterday. Didn’t seem like they felt good to him. I wonder if it’s connected.

This is so damn painful. It’s not that I’m not grateful for the last two games. But I wanted them to win this one SO badly…

Reminder that back in 2022, an independent investigation found juiced balls specifically only at ceremonial games (like the all star game), playoff games, and Yankees games. The balls found at Yankees games were unmarked and coincided with the year Judge was pushing for 60 home runs. MLB denied that any juiced balls were ever used that season.
