Everything You Need to Know About Habs Rookie Camp!

Uh but I want to talk about further at rookie camp was announced today and pra I want to share it with you guys everything happened there and uh how this work. So, first of all, the September 10 is going to be the first day for everybody. 8:00 a.m. the fitness with all the measurement of the players and the camp going to complete the 16. They’re going to have a practice 11 and 12 at 10:00 a.m. And then you have after that Pascal Ven meet the media. Then the first game will be the 13 at 7 o’clock pm again. the Winnipeg Jet Prospect following the third the 14 at 3:00 p.m. That day is a double header. If you want Montreal area, you can get there for only $10. You take watch two game. M is going to play that day again. the prospect of the atawa senator and at 7:00 you’re going to have the game between the jets and the Toronto map prospect day off the next day the Monday and the mont return one more time on the practice Tuesday because I believe the the golf sol is going to be the Wednesday the 17 so that give you most the date you have to know what’s going on for the rookie camp for the mand both game are going to be live usually on the LDS. You can check it also on the website of the team and on YouTube channel. So if you want to follow those two game finally gym, that’s what I want to bring you most because I think that’s most important. This is the roster for the Montreal Canadian prospect for upcoming what is surprise for me. It was to see the sort of that one. Uh but I think it’s good they show Montreal they it’s no matter who you are you have to go through the process and that’s make him to be a part of the rookie camp. Are you agree with me? Yeah I agree with you. They did that with Nicoir. Devils did it. He was the first overall pick. He went there. Luke Hughes for New Jersey was there a bunch of times. Jack Hughes was there. Look Rybacker’s on the list again. You know Owen Beck’s there. Kappan’s there. Um Nstrom’s there. I mean Jacob Fowler’s there. I mean, yeah. I mean, you need to be there. Like, you’re a rook. Technically, he is a rookie. Like, he can go to rookie camp. Like, you’re not above being going to rookie camp. I think all top players go to rookie camp eventually, right? Part of your code, right? It’s part of life. Go do it. I I have no problem with it. Like, I think I’ve seen some people like, “Oh, why is Demov there?” I’m like, “Because he has to be there.” Like, he shouldn’t skip rookie camp just because he played six games last year. Surprised me to see Owen Beck there. Yeah, one Beck is like four years I believe now part of the rookie camp. Uh but u when you talk about Beck, you talk about Dimid and then you talk about Kanan, Mear, uh Rover, Torp, Tuck, Jai for what what you looking for? I want to see their progression. Like I want to see them go out and dominate, right? Like those guys should go dominate, right? Like it’s rookie camp, right? It’s rookie camp, rookie tournament. But like we say in the World Juniors, right? when you’re 18, 19, you’re there, right? You should be go dominate. Let’s show we want I want to see obviously given Demidov will be on a team, but I want to see what the rest of those guys can show us because there’s a lot of speculation that those other guys, Beck and Jack guy and Kaan could be on a team this year and could have a chance to do it out of training camp. This is where you got to go show it. Be like, “Okay, look what they’re doing against their their their peers. Let maybe there is something to that offseason training camp.” I just want to see how they’ve progressed as players. Are they starting to look like true NHLers or are they still AHLers? I I think I want to see what those guys that have been in through in like you know in AHL and played with Laval like I want to see how Ryan Bacher looks too. Like he’s there. I mean he he’s another guy that everybody thinks can make the team right. And we want to see how he’s progressed off that injury. So, come in, look good, play your position, play well, and then go do what you’re supposed to do. Come real training camp time, right? These guys get a head start. They go play against their other teams, have some fun, and then get back into it with the the group of guys because a lot of these guys, you know, could head to juniors. Some guys could head to Laval. So, it’s going to be I I I always like to watch the rookie camps to see how guys have progressed. See what they should be looking like this time in, you know, many years now after their draft. Thank you to watching another Habs Nation video.
