What is going on guys? Brad here for pits.com and I got a pick in this Yankees vers Red Sox game going down on Friday, September 12th, 2025. You will find all my plays there. Well, let’s get right into this one, guys. Always a fun one when we got the Yankees and the Red Sox going at it. This one will be played in Fenway Park. Uh, let’s see. Man, I mean, you know, these teams have played a ton of times this season and the Red Sox have dominated. Um, the Red Sox are eight and two. Uh, the last time these teams, the last 10 times these teams have played against each other. So, the Red Sox have had this team’s number. Um, you know, the Yankees, we saw them win that series against Toronto, but they’ve had a nightmare season against or sorry, series against the Tigers. Uh, this week we saw them lose game one 12 to1. They lose game two 11 to1. Um, we’ll see what happens in game three. I think the Yankees probably bounce back. I think it’s probably a good spot for them. Looks like it’s going to be a bullpen game for the Tigers. We’ll see though. We’ll see. This Yankees team is just it’s been up and down and it’s kind of hard to take them after watching that series against the Tigers. This Yankee team, this bullpin in the month of September so far has an erra over nine. Really bad. I know be it’s because those last two games, but it’s definitely something to think about. Their bullpen is going to be a little bit taxed coming into this game. Whereas the Red Sox, they are they get a day off, don’t they? Yeah, they get a day off on Thursday. So, something else to think about. Um, the Red Sox were just in Sacramento playing the Athletics. They won that series two games to one. Um, and this will be their kind of return back home series. We saw them go to Arizona, then go to Sacramento, and now they’re returning back home. When it comes to the pitching matchup, it looks like Lucas Glo’s on the mound for the Red Sox and Luis Hills on the mound for the Yankees. Both these guys have been pitching pretty damn well as of late. 202 RA in his last five for Luis Hill and then 210 er RA and Gito’s last five. And in Gito’s last five, the Red Sox are also 4 and one. GLO did get hit up the last time he played the Yankees though. It was back on August 21st. Gave up three earned runs in that game. Did he give up a homer? Yeah, he gave up a bomb as well. But the the Red Sox still ended ended up winning that game six to three. Whereas Luis Hill, he pitched that same day that Lucas Gilito pitched and he gave up one earn, but that Yankees bullpen really let them down late in that game. So, man, I I think I just want to stick with what works in this one, and that’s the Red Sox beating up on this Yankees team. Like I said, eight and two straight up in their last 10 against the Yankees. Um, Gilito is a guy at this point that I trust. You know, I didn’t really know what to expect from Gilito coming into the season, but I mean, his numbers don’t lie, and he’s been able to uh pitch good consistently game after game after game. It’s not a fluke anymore. Lucas Gileo is uh um is having a damn good season. So, I don’t mind backing him. I think this is probably going to be a tight game early, definitely. But, I think once those bullpens get involved, like I said, the way the Yankees bullpen has looked over the last, you know, week, two weeks, it hasn’t been pretty. And I think that’s where the Red Sox really have an edge in this one. So, I’m going to take the Red Sox on the money line, guys. I appreciate you watching this.
